V soboto sva se ustavila v gostilni. Pri eni mizi trije gostje, ki so že jedli, pri drugi mizi pa so jim tudi že stregli. Na vprašanje ali imajo kaj na žlico že pripravljenega je natakarica ponudila joto. Naročila sva dve joti, eno z mesom in drugo brez. Po pol ure čakanja sem vprašal natakarico, kdaj dobiva hrano. Odgovor: ko postrežem goste, ki so prišli pred vama - ena miza. Plačala sva pijačo in odšla, ob tem, da je bilo vino refošk tako kislo, da bi ga lahko uporabili namesto kisa. Tu sva bila prvič, zadnjič in nikoli več

Locale nel centro di Sežana, ottimo per le pause pranzo con i suoi menù a prezzo fisso. Si può mangiare e bere con 10€ (cosa ormai sempre più ke rara). Buona qualità e scelta tra 3/4 menù differenti ogni giorno. Se si é più pretenziosi si può sempre optare per il menù alla carta. Personale cordiale e veloce Consigliato

È difficile mangiare così male in Slovenia. L'unica cosa da salvare è stata la cortesia della cameriera. Come ultima cosa, non accettano carte di credito, siamo nel 2023.

Ottimo cibo e prezzi. La tartara che fanno è spaziale, e pure gli gnocchi col tartufo (altro che tristi spolveratine di tartufo viste altrove). Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stato trovate un taglio di carne di cavallo nella grigliata mista. Ottima!! Signora gentilissima e posto tranquillo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

I stayed in this accommodation because I wanted to visit the Stud Farm in Lipica the following day, which was 15m away by taxi. I arrived around 9pm, and there was a person waiting for me, as there is no permanent reception. The rooms are located on the second floor of a house that runs a restaurant. Luckily for me the restaurant was open at the time I arrived, and I could have a wonderful dinner. The administrator was very kind and helpful. She booked me the taxi the following day and allowed me to leave my bag in the same room till I arrived back at 3pm. The room was small, with TV, linen and private bathroom. The place is located in the main center and at a crossroads, so if you leave the window open it can be quite noisy. It had air conditioning, and it was very clean. The best thing was the breakfast that was included in the price: it contained almost everything! The staff was also very friendly and charming.

Room was OK, air-condition worked but the vent is placed in the wrong place, it needs 20 mins to cool the rooms. IT IS NOT A HOTEL. Just some rooms to stay. Parking was not an issue for us but only 4 free slots in the compound. The restaurant staff is kind and good and understood English. Place is next to a church and very closed to Italy (Trieste, Venice and Padua) that was the only consolation. You can go in and out of Trieste without toll. We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for 7 days and observed (NOTICED) that we were given breakfast which were leftovers of the prior day! (ITS NOT A BUFFET; BREAKFAST IS ARRANGED AT YOUR TABLE) only after we complained did we get fresh breakfast next day, Thanks to the lady who understood English and explained to the couple who were serving us. The breakfast is prepared in the rooms of the 2 old couples and brought to the restaurant (not sure of the hygiene maintained there) (LAST 2 DAYS, BREAKFAST WAS MADE IN THE RESTAURANT I THINK). Though you have breakfast in the Restaurant it is not a part of the hotel i.e. breakfast is not prepared in the restaurant. No elevators (challenging to carry luggage to 2nd floor), No fridge, towels were not changed (Old SOILED towels were folded again AND KEPT!) only after complaining they brought fresh towels, the couple who were taking care did not understand English or pretended that they did not understand what we are saying. Bathrooms had no facility and housekeeping was unclean. Overall, if you stay for a day you will not understand what is happening but since we were there for 7days we understood everything. IT IS NOT A HOTEL, just some OLD rooms with beds.
