La posizione è in assoluto il punto forza, fuori dal centro, ma a due passi da tutto.||Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli anche se un po' piccole (il bagno minuscolo) e con il tetto spiovente (attenzione alla testa)..||Il personale è il fiore all'occhiello della struttura, gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare se serve.||Abbiamo provato il ristorante interno diverse volte e ci è piaciuto parecchio (anche se diversi piatti non erano presenti).||Purtroppo in zona non è consentito parcheggiare, ma in 10 minuti a piedi, si può raggiungere la stazione dei treni dove è presente un parcheggio a buon mercato.

Abbiamo scelto volutamente questa pensione, anche se un pò spartana, anche per le recensioni del ristorante. All'arrivo, da fuori si presenta così così, ma dentro c'è un bel girdino interno molto godibile se non piove. Camera tripla silenziosa con spazi adeguati ed arredamento completamente Ikea. Abbiamo dormito bene anche se non ci sono le avvogibili quandi la luce del mattino entra appena albeggia. Pulita e calda con doccia grande e ascugamani morbidi. Posizione azzeccata in pieno essendo veramente vicinissima al centro. Colazione con vasta scelta. Molto gentili e disponibili.

Prijetno mirno okolje sredi Ljubljane. Mali vrt čudovita domača jetrca z praženi krompirjem pa seveda še kaj se najde. Osebje v strežbi nebi moglo biti prijaznejše ugodne cene le tako naprej 👍😀

The room was cosy, comfy and clean- everything we needed was provided. Perfect location, nothing was too far away to walk to. We told the receptionist that we would be leaving at 4:30am and she offered to make us a breakfast to take with us for our travels, which included bread, jam, sandwiches, salad and bottles of water. I'm vegan and they were able to accommodate for me which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here!

I went there for a lunch, there is a special menu for the day: soup, main dish, salad and dessert. The salad I ordered was not the typical Caesar's salad but it was okay. The prices are above moderate but not expensive.

We stayed at the Stari tisler for two nights while visiting Ljubljana. Right from the start all staff were very accommodating and helpful. They kindly let us leave our bags at reception after an early train arrival, allowing us to explore the city.||Betty on reception was particularly helpful during our stay, helping my fellow traveler with vegan options during her stay.|Along with this Betty gave suggestions of activities to do on the one rainy morning we had.||The breakfast was simple, traditional and tasty. Due to a very early train to catch on our departing day we would have missed out on breakfast. However the stari team went above and beyond to pack us a breakfast and snacks to take on our journey, suitable for myself and a vegan companion.||The staff really make this place, highly recommend.

It's a bit hard to find when walking by on the street but do not let that deceive you. This is a very cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace and delicious Slovenian food. 10/10 do recommend

The room was very clean, but small with Cheap furnitures. The place a whole was quite shabby, breakfast not good either. We paid 110 euros, which is a lot for this kind of standard. I would havet given it more stars it was budget

Naročil vampe. Bolj redki od juhe. Še v najbolj poceni menzi nisem jedel slabše. Bom glasoval z denarnico, me ne vidite več. Dal bi 0 zvezdic, pa še to bi bilo preveč. Najbolje da naredite vsem uslugo in zaprete. Sramota gostincem. Avoid, eating from a dumpster is probably better. Please do not judge Slovenian food based on what is served there.

It is a simple guesthouse, more like a bed and breakfast. Nothing extraordinary about the place. The best thing about my stay was the caretaker, Betty. I have been to 70 countries, hundreds of cities, and stayed in many accommodations. I would say Betty was one of the best because she really cared about guests' satisfaction. She will help you in any way she can regarding your stay, comfort, or visiting places in Slovenia. There are a lot of places where the hotel reception simply responded to you with "I don't know" as if they were not interested to answer your question especially when it does not relate to the accommodation. ||||I also love the location which is very close to the bus and train station that I used as a base to visit Bled, Postojna and Predjama. Cheap and simple. All thanks to Betty's guidance. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant with a large selection of food. I can't believe they also prepared Pad Thai.||||I will definitely book this place again when I come to Slovenia next time.

Great place just 5min walk from the central station and 10min to the old town near the river. Staff is very nice they make you feel at home. Fantastic breakfast also and the restaurant is also very good but unfortunately closes early in the evening. slovenia is a beautiful country and also it's people.
