Excellent. Surprising flavour combinations. Wonderfully timed courses. Adriatic tuna with avocado was to die for. Excellent wine pairings for white fish fillet on cream of fermented cauliflower & deer loin with juniper berries sauce. Top notch service.

One of the most beautiful meals we have enjoyed in a very long time! Our waiter and his colleagues were expertly prepared to offer descriptions of both the tasting menu as well as their perfect wine pairings. You are so fortunate Ljubljana...to have this treasure among you! I had the tasting menu and my husband the fish menu with wine pairings. We enjoyed the education and the culinary experience. Bravo to the waitstaff and the kitchen (and to chef JB, of course who was kind enough to come by twice!) Those who complain will never be satisfied, the rest will have a good memory for the return visit! Make your reservation now...the definition of classic is here and forever! You are welcome!
