Aucun soucis au niveau du service qui a été agreable et rapide. Un peu déçu en revanche par notre plat qui etait fait avec des aliments frais et de bonne qualité, mais manquaient cruellement d'assaisonnement (et nous ne sommes pas du genre à manger très salé) On sentait que la viande etait bonne mais on a du remettre sel et poivre 2/3 fois pour révéler les saveurs, dommage

I read about this restaurant online, I decided to give it a try, I was so happy I dined in there, the food is out of place, I ordered the mushroom truffle gnocchi per Sandi’a recommendations, and he recommended a pairing wine, it was fantastic, the service was great, Sandi is profesional, polite and very attentive, I am glad I could dine in at Julija, it is a very busy place and always full. Intrigati dalle foto viste nelle recensioni, ci avviamo verso le 18 (6pm) per prenotare un tavolo da 2 persone per cena. Ci è stato detto, in malo modo da una cameriera, che non vi era posto, soprattutto perché la sera avrebbe piovuto e quindi, quelli non ancora riservati si sarebbero riempiti... Ovviamente saluto finale non pervenuto. Speriamo fosse solo meteoropatia.

Lieu sympa mais dommage la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur : le risotto était en réalité un simple riz à la tomate.

A decent place for Slovenian food. This was our first lunch in Ljubljana and we got a selection of the lunch specials (veal and lamb). Everything was good but nothing to write home about. Both meats were a bit over cooked and needed a bit of salt and pepper to help the flavor along. Overall a bit confused by the very high rating as we felt it was a little touristy / overpriced. But it’s a fine spot if you find yourself in the area.

There’s smth about Julija. One of those places that make a really good first impression, but you are not sure what it is. Is it the food? I’ve had better. Service? People? Could be, but i’ve experienced better. Is it the Atmosphere? Location… Really not sure, but there’s something about Julija. And everytime you visit them whatever you order to eat or drink.. the magic happens again.
