Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience dans ce café. J'ai commandé deux simples boules de glace et j'ai dû attendre une heure avant d'être servi, ce qui est tout à fait inacceptable pour une commande aussi basique. Lorsque j'ai enfin pu payer, le serveur m'a informé que le terminal de paiement ne fonctionnait pas. Obligé de trouver une solution, je me suis rendu au distributeur le plus proche, mais ma carte ne fonctionnait pas. De retour au café pour expliquer ma situation, quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir le serveur me tendre le terminal de paiement, soudainement en parfait état de marche ! Cette série d'événements m'a laissé perplexe et frustré. Le service était d'une lenteur inexcusable, et l'incident du terminal de paiement ressemble fort à de la malhonnêteté ou à un manque flagrant de professionnalisme. Je ne peux que déconseiller cet établissement qui semble avoir un sérieux problème de gestion et de service client. Une expérience à oublier au plus vite

For all the people crying about prices: so don't visit, if you can't afford quality experience. You can always grab some ultra processed snack in a Lidl, if you don't care about your health, experiences or enjoyment at all.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. We just had a coffee, a soft drink and a small cake and we paid a ridiculous price (€5,50 for a Coca Cola). Not particularly friendly either. Would avoid, and wait until you get to the city!

Good place for a quick meal before your flight. Most people comment the drinks prices which are indeed really high. The food was much more reasonable (around 10€ for grilled salmon and veggies).

Servizio lento, 20 minuti per due palline di gelato e caffè mai arrivato, nonostante un'ulteriore richiesta. Unico cameriere ad occuparsi della preparazione e del servizio di tutta la zona esterna mentre i due camerieri all'interno disinteressati e che non hanno voluto neanche accettare il pagamento.

Prices are exorbitant. Don't go to this place. Terrible service at this airport cafe. The waitress was mocking and extremely unfriendly. It seems they make price based in the people's face. The guy making the coffees acted like he was in Ibiza, making drinks with loud music—it was embarrassing to watch.

Don't go tourist trap, the prices are exorbitant. More than 13€ for a croissant an 2 coffees. The attendant, along with other staff members, mocked us when we said the price was expensive. Very arrogant and unpleasant people serving.

Never experienced more incompetent staff. After waiting over 15 minutes to order, and then half an hour for our food not to arrive we were told that what we had ordered was out of stock. Actually the table next to us that ordered way after us got the last one. There’s not much choice at the airport, so eat before you come or bring food with you. Not worth the hassle.

Slow, rude, arrogant staff. Overpriced, we're waiting for 40 minutes, still nothing, so we left. Never coming back.
