Absolutely fabulous food. Just like a home-cooked meal, hardy, filling and no stomach-ache after. I haven’t eaten out like that in a very long time. We got the grilled sampler with the prime rib entree. Highly recommend!

Well, food 9, service 10, ambiance 8, prices 8 out of 10 are the best or excellent. We were here with a family on the weekend, and we all had a fantastic time and enjoyed ourselves. Service was fantastic; she was accommodating and guided us very well. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nuba in Kitsilano, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a wonderful meal. However, what truly made our visit outstanding was the service provided by Erica. She was amazing—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout our meal, Erica made sure we had everything we needed, checking in regularly without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. An extra special shout-out goes to Erica for her honesty and dedication. I accidentally left my phone behind at the restaurant, and she went above and beyond to ensure it was kept safe until I could return to pick it up. This level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Erica, and the entire team at Nuba Kitsilano, for a memorable evening. We will definitely be returning and recommending your restaurant to all our friends and family!

My wife and I enjoyed it. The food was very good and for us the service was very pleasant and attentive. Between us we shared the za'atar halloumi rolls, the dip sampling platter and the pistachio phyllo cheesecake at the end; I also had the chicken pide. But at the end of it all, the small portions meant the prices were unjustified.

I came here for dinner last week, I have previously tried brunch at the gastown location. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My sister has celiacs and was excited to try their gluten free options. We shared the hummus to start, she got cucumbers and romaine hearts and I had pita bread (we separated the hummus so I wasn’t contaminating her portion with the pita). It was delicious. She then got the chicken shish tawook and I got the Najib’s special, both happened to be gluten free and were both also delicious. We were satisfied with our dishes and drinks (the sangria was lovely). We didn’t have dessert, though I’m sure it’s just as good. Service was nice, we didn’t feel rushed or forgotten.

The food tasted very good. Unfortunately it seemed fairly overpriced for the size though. And the service could not have been less passionate and friendly. No smile, seemed very arrogant. That's why overall it didn't leave a good impression even though I was looking forward to good middle eastern food.

Everyone working there were super friendly. The vibes were good. I randomly came across this place as I was walking down the street and saw VEGAN options and decided to try it out. Their food was ok. Kind of bland and my main dish was overly oily and not much flavor. The two non-alcoholic drinks I got were good. The Middle Eastern Limonana was the star of the whole meal. Don’t think I’d come back.

We decided to hold our wedding ceremony and subsequent reception at Nuba… and we are so glad we made this decision! The communication from the staff leading up to the big day was top notch and they were very accommodating of dietary preferences and restrictions for our guests. They did an amazing job with the setup and helped us determine which private room would work best for our needs. 2 weeks later and our guests are still raving about the food and the cakes! A huge thank you to Erica and the staff for making our special day run so seamlessly.

We held our wedding reception dinner at Nuba Kitsilano, in the “theatre” space and could not have asked for a better experience! Erica and her team were helpful, professional, accommodating, and ensured our event went smoothly. And all our guests LOVED the food (bonus that there are many options for folks with dietary restrictions). Highly recommend for a private dining experience. Thank you Nuba!!

Back in October we booked Nuba to host our wedding reception dinner. We had around 20 guests and the booking process was seamless. They sent us over two set menu options that we got to choose from and they confirmed our day. There was no deposit fees required and we showed up after our wedding ceremony and immediately we were serviced with the most amazing staff and we had a beautiful section of the restaurant to ourselves it was stunning! We had sparkling wine served immediately and then the food came out swift and there was more than enough to have everyone leave happy and full. And the extras were packed up for meals for the next day! (Which you wouldn’t normally get for a catering company). The food here is absolutely spectacular and accommodates so many dietary restrictions. If you have never tried Nuba it’s a must when you are in Vancouver. They have multiple locations and I have been to two and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend to any group/ party to choose Nuba for their dinner location! Also the pricing is fair for the huge amount of food you get! THANK YOU NUBA <3

Cute spot with excellent food. The waitress left my dirty plate on the table long after the meal ended, despite my asking her to remove it. I would still go back as the food was delicious!
