Today, I visited Picarole Šiška, and sadly, the experience was just bad. Where to begin? The service was poor—the server spent most of her time sitting in the corner with her phone plugged in, barely acknowledging the customers. It almost felt like we had to fight for her attention. The atmosphere was off as well. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, we had to wait 35 minutes for our food, and it was uncomfortable knowing the server was watching us from behind her phone while we ate. We ordered four different flavors of Picaroles, and unfortunately, all of them were disappointing. It seemed like the cook didn’t put any heart into the food. Each roll was about 90% cheese and only 10% of what was supposed to be inside, based on the menu description. For the price we paid (around 15€ per person), the food was below average. Honestly, I would rather go to McDonald’s across the street for half the price next time. Overall, the experience was awful. I don’t write many reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. Hopefully, they will train their staff better so customers don’t have to watch them scrolling on their phones during service.

We were deciding between Kruhkerija Gorjanc and Picarole and made a terrible terrible choice of going to Picarole. Where to begin? The atmosphere is very uncomfortable, with the waitress, siting at one of the tables, scrolling on her phone. Then she takes your order and it takes quite a while to get your food (we’ve been to mexican restaurant in BTC citypark and we got our food in 10 minutes, here we waited quite a while). The food itself is very average, something you could easily do better at home. The one (picarole) with spinach and cream cheese is so stuffed with cheese, you can’t even taste the spinach and all and all doesn’t taste very good, because your stomach is turning from all the cheese. The one with cooked proscutto, cheese and dried tomatoes is quite okay. The most irrational thing about this place are the prices, that by no means reflect the quality or quantity of the food. 15€ for 4 picarole? I could eat 100x better in Kaval restaurant for the same price. It’s ridiculous. Needless to say I will never come back to this place, the only way they would ever make me come back is grabbing me by the arms and legs and dragging me back inside. And even then I’ll go fighting. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!

Moram reči da sem se kar navlekel na to zgodbo in sem si našel kombinacijo ,ki mi zelo paše,poceni ravno ni jih pa rešuje to da mi vedno ena rolica ostane za kasneje kot prigrizek ob TV ju kar je ok. Burger pa je bil čisto povprečen če ne celo podpovprečen in ga pač ne bom več naročal 😊 Seveda pa priporočam 😉

Če bom šel še kdaj, bom naročilo izvedel že preko telefona. Picarole so bile okusne vendar je bilo testo, za moj okus, premalo "kruhovo" in je preveč spominjalo na burek.

Zelo zanimivo odkritje v Dravljah, poleg zanimivih in inovativnih okusov zelo zelo prijazne natakarice. Presenečen sem bil nad njihovo srčnostjo in ustrežljivostjo ter izredno kakovostjo storitev, ki jo po Ljubljani žal na veliko primanjkuje.

We were looking for somewhere to eat near our appartment during our stay in Ljubljana. It was sunday and almost everything was closed accept for this restaurant. And we loved it! The waitresses were very friendly and speak good English. The food is delicious and very affordable. You get a big portion of their lovely picaroles! They are amazing and you really must try those! Their chickenburger was also very nice!
