Hit and miss...appetisers od Hummus and burrata were truly awful. The Hummus was a soupy tasteless blob and the burrata has hazelnuts and am apricot jam on top which totally defeats the purpose of a burrata. The main course was really good. Above all...the service and atmosphere was spectacular.

Back to Manna after 5 years. This used to be one of the best restaurants 20 years ago, now it is still a great restaurant, but not top of the top. Food: Mushroom soup - really good, tasteful, perfectly made croutons, a real taste of porcini mushrooms Octopus salad - well this was a perfection. One of the best I ever tried. Octopus meat was perfectly soft and contained flavours of soup where it was cooked. A must try. Risotto with porcini and shrimps - great taste, great moisture, but there was missing a ‘wow’ at the end. Seabass with celery mashpotato - as it should be; nice grilled, great potato, spinach average Fuzi with truffles and shrimps - way too salty, otherwise good taste Dessert - very good, close to excellent This restaurant is a bit pricy, bur worth visiting. It is a pity that garden is replaced with another big room. The chef waiter is excellent, he knows food and wine. I recommend this place, you will be satisfied.

An excellent restaurant just a short 5 minute walk outside of the main city centre of Ljubljana. Both our starters were very tasty (we really enjoyed the Octopus Salad, even though we thought it was missing something a bit sour). The goulash with the strukli was amazing! Well prepared and very flavorful. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere as well. We totally recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by for lunch and had the best service and food! We loved the beef carpaccio and the Slovenian dumpling appetizer was delicate and delicious! I will dream about those buttered breadcrumbs.

Best restaurant I’ve been to in Ljubljana! All the food we had was nothing short of excellent! I had a prawn pasta with truffle which was delicious, truly one of the best pastas I’ve had in a long time! The tasting menu, Caesar salad and risotto with prawns were also really good. It’s also a really nice outdoor area. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Ljubljana!

Bili na tednu restavracije. Smo pričakovali malo več glede na pohvale, ki smo jih dobili. Hrana dobra, a brez presežkov. Nismo imeli občutka, da smo dobrodošli, saj so bili v mislih že pri naslednji skupini, ki pride za nami.

Hrane nisva dobila 1 uro Res sem malo pretiraval čakala sva 45min Vse ostalo kar ste napisali je pa čista laž. Zato ste ostali brez besed ob odhodu. Bolje bi bilo da ne komentirate.

Bila sva na valentinovi večerji. Hrana res okusna, skrbno pripravljena s svežimi sestavinami. Ambijent zelo lep, intimen. Meni je bil sestavljen iz 5 hodov. Sladico in juho sva dobila vsak svojo, ostali hodi so bili postreženi na sredino mize. Ne moreva mimo tega, da je bil postrežen le 1 (mini) file brancina za dve osebi. File je bil postrežen na enem krožniku, na sredino mize. File sva si odrezala na polovico in vsak svojo polovico vzela na svoje krožnike. Spomin na varčne študentske čase. :) Ko bereš letak valentinove večerje, je verjetno vsakomur jasno, da za ceno 50€ po osebi vsak dobi svoj file brancina? Če ne drugega, že hecno izgleda, ko na sredini mize režeš mini file brancina na 2 še manjša dela. Skratka, kar malo komična situacija...

Zanimiv ambient v stari hiši bi pričakoval tradicionalno gostilno. Dodali so ji pridih elegance s črnimi stenami jedli smo kanelonw s tartufi in jelenje medaljone s praženim krompirjem. Meso odlično in postrežba odlicna. Cenivno na višjem nivoju . Tudi izbor vin je bil ustrezen glavnim jedem. Velik posluh za prehranske omejitve!! Moti pomanjkanje parkirnega prostora.

Sono andata in questo ristorante per una cena tra parenti, e dunque era già stato concordato un menù e non mi è stato possibile scegliere alla carta. Con questa premessa, devo dire che ho mangiato benissimo e nonostante io sia vegetariana ho potuto gustare tutte le portate in quanto mi veniva proposta un'alternativa adatta a me. Sono rimasta sorpresa dalla bontà del cibo, legato alla tradizione slovena, e dal servizio, premuroso, ma non ingessato. Il locale si trova in una zona leggermente fuori dal centro "canonico", lungo il canale, area che io adoro, piena di locali e al confine del quartiere di Krakovo. Ha sia posti all'interno che all'esterno. All'interno l'aspetto è un po' impolverato, però è una caratteristica che non disturba, inteso che dà l'idea di un posto, in un certo senso, tradizionale e di altri tempi.

we had booked a table for new years eve from the 23rd of October already, and when we arrived today they had cancelled it for us without ever have letting us know before hand. Our new year plans were ruined, hopefully we find somewhere with space for us now. Very poor planning and care from management side clearly. The waitress that informed us was very fiendly though, i'm sorry the manager was too weak to deal with his/her mess and instead made her deal with the embarrassment. I have been told by the owner that we got an email to pay in advance, we did not, otherwise we would have paid in advance. We also double checked directly after we were kicked out to make sure we didn't recieve the email and it really wasn't there. Also we've noticed that the response the owner left on my review was the same as the other people who faced the same issue last night only mildly edited. Minimal effort on the owners part and highly unprofessional problem solving... again. Yet i'm the one who should be "ashamed" of myself. To respond to your "confirmation" lie @Owner, I have a photo of an email saying "your booking is confirmed" if i could get your contact details i would be more than happy to share it with you to lay your ASSUMPTIONS to rest. :)
