Spoštovani Nekdo od vaših sodelavcev nas je poklical-v slovenskem jeziku ob 20.30 in nas obvestili, da zamujate, 2x smo mu povedali, da ni problem vendar, da sprejemamo goste v mesecu juniju samo do 21.00 ure in nam je potrdili, da ni problem! Ker vas ni bilo do 21.15 smo začeli s pospravljanjem kuhinje. Vsekakor nam je žal, da vas nismo mogli sprejeti, vendar smo večino kuhinje že pospravili in od zaposlenih nismo mogli zahtevati, da začnejo znova postavljati kuhinjo za pripravo vaših jedi. Out of the entire menu, we can only prepare the oven-baked octopus and the monk fish fillet without garlic, as both of them have garlic in the sauce, but we can prepare both dishes without the sauce. For the black risotto, in the future, we prepare cuttle fish ragu, which is cooked for a long time (as well as some bases for sauces, etc.) and to which garlic has already been added, so we cannot prepare black risotto without garlic, which was also explained to you by the waiter at the tables themselves and offered other dishes that you didn't want to hear about. And yes, we also cook from fresh ingredients, but we prepare the sauces in advance, because good sauces are not cooked immediately. Best regards, Joc
