Not bad at all but I think its overhyped. I would not say its very expensive but I would expect sonething better for this price. I ate much better lambs before. The tiramisu was really underwhelming. The service was excellent. They should get rid of the bees somehow, it really disturbed me during the experience.

Celkově dobré jídlo. Auto jsme nechali hned u apartmánů, ačkoli bylo napsáno, že je to pro ubytované, tak v době návštěvy ve 13:00 tam bylo pár aut. K jídlu jsme měli cuketové rizoto a pstruha s opecenymi bramborami. Dezert čokoládový mouse. Oceňuji, že je to 16 minut chůze od P4 Stará Fuzina, nebo 3 minuty autem. Záleží na Vás, jestli ještě chcete zůstat u jezera Bohinj, nebo už pojedete domu. Parkoviště obecně okolo Slovinských jezer se platí a když odjedete, tak už nejspíš nezaparkujete (srpen 2024). Restaurace s příjemným personálem.

Some of the best meals I've ever had! Makes me wish I was more sparing with my other 5 star reviews. Delicious five course meals, with the menu changing daily. Plating is nice and give ample opportunity to eat the dishes with the sauces. The creme brulee was to die for. Their beet and tuna dish made me reconsider beets entirely.

Zeer verfijnd met prachtig zicht op de bergen! Er wordt een menu aangeboden, je kiest zelf hoeveel gangen je wenst te nemen. Er worden lekkere wijnen voorgesteld door een sommelier.

Heerlijk gegeten bij Triglav Bohinj! En prachtig uitzicht op het meer. We kozen het 5 gangen menu. Superlieve bediening ook. Tijdens ons etentje ging het ineens keihard regenen, waarop de sommelier aanbood ons even te taxiën naar de camping. Dat noem ik nog eens service!

We had a lovely dining experience at Restaurant Triglav for my birthday. The 5 course tasting menu was beautiful, with excellent paired Slovenian wines. The wines were explained really well by the sommelier and service in general was brilliant. We had a younger child with us and the restaurant was great at accommodating her with something a bit more simple. The view from the restaurant is stunning, the location very peaceful, a lovely relaxed vibe.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce joli restaurant avec vue sur le lac. Un menu est proposé à 5 plats mais vous pouvez prendre que 1 ou 2 ou 3 plats comme vous voulez. Les mets sont fins, très bien présentés. Nous nous sommes régalés. De plus le cadre est vraiment très classe et cosy. A recommander sans hésiter.

As seems to be the case with many fine dining restaurants in Slovenia this essentially offers a daily changing tasting menu only (which I struggled to establish from the website) so once I had realised this we had to down size our booking as that was not suitable for all of our group. Having said which the dishes were generally crowd pleasing choices and there was some flexibility. They will price 2, 3, 4 or 5 courses and on the day we went the main was venison or trout with an alternative option to upsize the vegetarian pasta course if required. Having got that out of the way the food was truly excellent throughout (e.g. none of us had picked the cauliflower soup from many menus in Slovenia but here on the tasting menu it was a revelation). The decor and ambience was great and once the heat of the day cooled they opened up the roof to offer fantastic views of Lake Bohinj (only downside being some flies about in the heat of a summer evening). Don't expect a wine list, you will be offered wines by the glass matched to the food your are eating. Trust your waiter in this! Every glass of four different wines I tried was excellent, and also very reasonably priced. We dined early and were one of the first tables there, service was superlative and almost overly attentive for the first hour of our meal, but tailed off at the end as the dinner rush was in full swing so we had a bit of a wait to get our bill (perhaps they could do with an extra server at the busiest times). There is some parking but I could not really judge whether it was adequate as the smaller group that ended up going walked from our hotel.

Incredible dinner! Food was outstanding and the ingredients were so fresh. The wine pairing was exceptional and Damirs knowledge and attention to detail was first class. Outstanding value for this great experience! The view from the restaurant can't be matched by many. Sunset view with the lake and mountains. If you are in Bohinj or Bled this is a must visit!
