Premetto che non posso dare il massimo dei voti poichè non conosco i prezzi di questo ristorante dove sono stata ospite per un battesimo, ma ho molto apprezzato la qualità davvero ottima dei piatti con accostamenti di gran gourmet e ottime presentazioni. Ho apprezzato molto anche il servizio e la cortesia e gentilezza del personale. Ho mangiato davvero benissimo, complimenti.

Once again, the place is known for restaurant, not the few rooms they obviously also offer. And the relatively high level fish restaurant I will comment, not having seen the rooms at all.||||Foul play by the leading local pharmaceutical company made the tenant and his team of a cute seaside restaurant Primorka in Strunjan move quite far back into the continent. Something looking like a former small scale production unit was converted into a restaurant, seating a hundred guests, offering also a terrace with a sad view over some industrial backyards rather than the sea. Impersonal. Neatly prepared large dining room, empty at the time as all guests opted for the terrace. Interesting restrooms – a perfectly placed mirror for a minor shock. Well known faces from media and local businessmen seem to abide here.||||Service was very friendly, best part of the experience, yet our table was not set when we came, even though we booked in advance. Winelist cool, 200+ labels, mostly the regional wines from both Slovene and Croatian Istria, impressive choice of sparkling wines. Most markups user friendly. But 240 EUR for a Dom Perignon 2006 will hardly attract a guest, unless he is a successful Italian entrepreneur from Trieste, having a room booked on the premises and enjoying company of a beautiful young lady. The dishes we tried were nice, properly done and presented. Good ravioli »Strunjan style«, even better dessert. Still, somehow I was disappointed, having had great memories of Primorka years ago. I can not go for more than 10+ on 1-20.||||Prices would be appropriate if the location was still at the seaside. As it is – well…
