Up the hill from Lake Bled is this wonderful restaurant set under a large patio awning. The waitstaff is very professional and friendly. It feels like fine dining, but in a more casual atmosphere. My husband and I shared the Burrata appetizer which is served with arugula, cherry tomatoes and chopped pistachios on a bed of pesto. I had the veal wiener schnitzel and he had the chicken breast risotto. Our dishes were sizable portions, carefully presented and well-seasoned. This one was a memorable meal. So memorable that we returned a few days later. On our second go-round we again had the Burrata. It was different from the last time, this plate had more tomato and less pesto, so perhaps the kitchen staff wasn’t the same. A steady rain had started and the staff were scrambling to remove cushions and relocate the patrons seated under dripping awnings and patio umbrellas. Even the Chef came out from his pizza oven area and helped. That evening, my husband ordered the veal roast with polenta and I had the beef tagliata, 3 pieces of well-marinated grilled meat. We also had a bottle of Chardonnay Rebula, I find that the Slovenian wines are very much to my taste. Every one of the 4 entrées we tried was a generous portion and very tasty. The food here was outstanding and I heartily recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in Bled at dinnertime.

Super restaurant. Fast service, first class food, large portions. Service is so courteous and polite that any luxury restaurant could learn from it. You really can't ask for better when you want to eat in the area.

Este lugar fue todo un descubrimiento. Cenamos aquí un par de veces porque nos pillaba cercano al hotel, sin lugar a dudas la mejor relación calidad-precio de los sitios en los que estuvimos. Precios justos pre-pandemia. Platos abundantes, las ensaladas eran enormes. Todo fresco y rico. El camarero que nos atendió era muy amable. Lugar que recomiendo si estás por Eslovenia 🇸🇮

Очень плохое обслуживание! Пришел в ресторан, поел за студенческие боны и после еды немного посидел после, при этом столики были свободные. Спросили буду ли я заказывать и на мой ответ «нет» предложили удалиться, хотя места свободные были.
