Le recensioni lette su booking non corrispondono al vero. Le camere lasciano a desiderare, come anche la pulizia. Le immagini non corrispondono alla verità. Colazione scadente, personale quasi tutto poco cordiale. Molto disponibile e gentile il ragazzo che ha prestato servizio serale al bar - ristorante questa settimana. Buon parcheggio!

Bel hôtel, la chambre était propre et l’hôtel est bien situé si on a une voiture pour aller dans le centre de Ljubljana. C’était parfait pour nous, le seul point négatif était le bruit de la route à côté et dans l’hôtel.

Lokalizacja hotelu dobra, łatwy i szybki dojazd do centrum. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane, na miejscu bar i restauracja. Pokoje klimatyzowane, darmowy duży parking. Niestety całość dobrego wizerunku psują brudny pokój i łazienka. Sprzątanie na bardzo niskim poziomie. W tej kwestii menager hotelu ma wiele do zrobienia, bo hotel ma potencjał.

I had a really bad experience here. The worst thing was the room and how noisy it was. If you want to sleep past 6AM it is literally impossible due to how busy the street is. You can hear every single movement in the hotel, especially because doors shut very poorly and you have to shut them hard. Therefore, when somebody closes their door, the whole hotel can hear it. It looks good, but that’s about it. The quality is really poor, many faults in the camera such as broken handles, missing AC remote or falling wallpaper. Not a great location either, excluding the noisiest street in Ljubljana.|At least the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.

freundliches u. kompetentes Personal. Frühstück war inbegriffen u. ok. Preis-Leistung gut. Hotel u. Zimmer, Räume u. Ausstattung ok Abendessen (extra) war gut. 2 Sterne Abzug: - Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße/Schnellstraße, war nachts in unserem Zi. zu laut - Handtücher sind in die Jahre gekommen, sollte man austauschen - das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht (Normalgewicht)

🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮Wenn man das Hotel betritt ist alles sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind echt schlecht. Fliesendes Wasser oder Funktionierende Steckdosen gibt es nicht oft, in einem Zimmer ist ein Loch in der Wand und sauber ist es auch nicht. Es gibt aber auch schöne Zimmer, die man sieht wenn man das Hotel im Internet sucht. Also, in Deutschland wäre der Laden schön aus gesundheitlichen Gründen zugemacht.

Ideales Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Fenster schließen den Straßenlärm komplett aus. Die Terrasse im Hinterhof ist gemütlich wenn man bedenkt dass man noch mitten in der Stadt und an der Hauptstraße wohnt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl nur der Kaffee war nicht so toll. Absolutes Highlight war das Abendessen. Wirklich Gourmet Qualität sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich. Im mittlerem Preisniveau aber jeden Cent wert.

Stayed in this hotel for almost a week and Marsha the receptionist/staff has been amazing preparing us some nice breakfasts every single day what a lovely lady. Credits to her and the breakfast chef too lovely vegan/vegetarian food.||The hotel owner maybe should visit their hotel rooms and check the quality or training should be provided to the house keeping staff as it was a major let down to your guests staying for a few days. The food/ beverage/ receptionist/chef deserve to work elsewhere providing their 5 star customer service skills. It is ashame as your hotel is rated a 3 star but the room standard failed the cleanliness and should be no star at all. The bed linen, duvet/duvet sheet and pillow cases were absolutely disgusting and they all smell horrible (not washed properly). I asked the guy receptionist to change them but nothing was done the entire week we stayed with the same smelly sheets and when i checked underneath it was so dusty and found a random water bottle wow. All shampoos and lotion were out of date too. No trace of fabric softener or cleaning products not even a hint of air freshener everything is musty and mouldy odours in the room. It was a major let down as the photos online are misleading.||I would recommend to eat and dine in this hotel but not to stay overnight. I know you get what you paid for but out of all the 3 star hotel rooms me and my partner stayed in this one i would never ever recommend. This place should definitely close down the hotel rooms and go through clean and safe protocols as they are out of order. Thanks again to the front/food and beverage staff Marsha and chef you are both amazing, keep up the good work!
