Took a while just to Bë acknowledged with some sort of strange disdain for the customer… was told there’s a cover charge (for a hotel restaurant?). Really bad service, felt very unwelcome.

Our dinner in this restaurant was unfortunately not a good one. Waiter was friendly and fast. Food was not eatable: First Steak (we ordered the 1kg 'steak on a bone') was served bwyond well done despite beong ordered as rare. They recooked the steak but left us with cold side dishes. I reordered the side dish (stuffed potato) and it arrived when the meat was cold. Potato was also cooked far beyond eatable.

The food at Robin Restaurant was superb. Igor was my server for the past 3 evenings. He is always cheerful (as were the other staff) and makes excellent food and wine recommendations. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant- even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
