The cuisine and friendliness of staff reached beyond my expectations. At Robin they know well how to grill steaks, and their pistachio risotto was fabulous. The fish cream soup was smooth, rich in taste and warming. Liked the place a lot.

I’m very happy about the experience in this restaurant. The employee was very nice, she always comes to ask if everything is fine, and she is doing that to everyone. The soup was a bit hot (I was hungry), but it was interesting to see how they manage the beef in the dumpling. The grill chicken was so juice! And the skin was so crispy. Excellent!! We had our last dinner in Slovenia at this restaurant. We didn’t have any expectations, as it was in our hotel and the closest food option available. However, we had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and very well presented, but the highlight of the evening was Iris, our waitress. She was just amazing! Iris did a fantastic job, knowing everything about the menu, wine, and desserts, and she was very attentive.

I recently had a fantastic lunch experience at Restavracija Robin, located conveniently just off the highway in Ljubljana. The restaurant is part of a hotel and offers free parking, making it an ideal stopover for travelers. The meal began with a delightful salmon starter, followed by perfectly cooked chicken risotto and flavorful grilled octopus. The taste was incredible, and the service was attentive and professional. Overall, Restavracija Robin is a gem for those seeking delicious food, excellent service, and a convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Ljubljana. It's a short distance from the highway, so you won't lose time driving into the city center. I will definitely be back!

Took a while just to Bë acknowledged with some sort of strange disdain for the customer… was told there’s a cover charge (for a hotel restaurant?). Really bad service, felt very unwelcome.

Our dinner in this restaurant was unfortunately not a good one. Waiter was friendly and fast. Food was not eatable: First Steak (we ordered the 1kg 'steak on a bone') was served bwyond well done despite beong ordered as rare. They recooked the steak but left us with cold side dishes. I reordered the side dish (stuffed potato) and it arrived when the meat was cold. Potato was also cooked far beyond eatable.

The food at Robin Restaurant was superb. Igor was my server for the past 3 evenings. He is always cheerful (as were the other staff) and makes excellent food and wine recommendations. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant- even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
