It was one of the best places iv been for food on my first trip to Slovenia. Lovely decor in the restaurant with very friendly attentive staff. The food is authentic Slovenian food with a gourmet twist. We had the Bograc goulash, which consisted of 3 different types of meat cooked in a tomatoe based soup. This packed so much flavour. We also ordered the roast potatoes with cracknel, which complimented the Bograc. The beef shank dish was tender, and the sides of creamed spinach & mash tasted great. Highly recommend this place. :-) 5*

This restaurant was recommended to us, and we had no expectations at all. When we arrived, it was fully booked, so we had to wait for a table to become available. After about 10 minutes, we were shown to our seats. The menu is extensive. There was so much to pick from. We chose the beef shank, which came with mashed potato and creamed spinach. We also picked the goulash with roasted potatoes. Every dish was gorgeous. So much flavour. The spinach was divine. We also received free bread with a jar of garlic butter. The server was a lovely lady who was really friendly. A wonderful dining experience.

Great food, simple and delicious. The best classic restaurant salad ever. Beef soup was fair, meat and classic potatoes were great. Very nice coffee as well with interesting milk serving bottle 😄 Friendly and efficient staff.

Pravzaprav edin lokal s tipičnimi sezonskimi slovenskimi jedmi v mestnem jedru in ne glede na to ekskluzivnosti so jedi res odlične, osebje pa izjemno. Vsekakor priporočam!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante tipico sloveno come suggerito dal nostro hotel. Ambiente rustico ma confortevole, servizio molto veloce e gentile. Io ho preso il filetto di maiale ( sostanzialmente una cotoletta) più le "patate al forno" che era più un miscuglio indecifrabile e la mia ragazza la pasta con ragù di vitello. Vini economici e pane offerto dalla casa ( no coperto). Abbiamo preso anche il dolce tipico sloveno ma l abbiamo trovato decisamente pesante anche se buono. Nel complesso cibo non eccezionale ma considerando che quanto poco abbiamo speso siamo stati soddisfatti.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Went with my Slovenian girlfriend, and she absolutely loved her kranjska klobasa and struklji. My zrezek and smorn were fantastic too. Highly recommended!

That’s a well deserved 5 stars! The restaurant has great solvenian food! Everything we ordered was very delicious! The service was great and the prices were fair. We tasted some appetizers and main dishes. They offered some bread and an amazing home made garlic sauce. The goulash was really really good! I recommend this place!

Cucina tipica slovena, piatti veramente deliziosi , porzioni abbondanti , in un locale molto carino . Personale molto gentile ed attento ai particolari . Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo .Lo consiglio vivamente.
