Extremely tasty food, but specially loved their steaks. I had Irish flank steak 300g medium rare with roasted potatoes and it was to die for. We had to make a reservation the day before because they have only a few spots and most of them are used by guests of the Berc pension. The staff was super attentive and spoke at least 3 languages (Italian, Slovenian and English). They have a great selection of wines, both local and from other countries. I'll definitely visit if I'm ever again in the area. Thanks!

Four star because our waiter was great! Food was tasty but agree with previous comments - Luke warm. For €100 chateaubriand you want it warm. Waiter was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The place lacks a soul! There’s no music, no life, it’s dead! Desert was very tasty, wine good, food better but sadly the vibe is lost

Heerlijk gegeten, gerookte steak van 2 ons met gebakken aardappelen 🥔 en een dessert van crème brulde en chockletlava met ijs en fruit. Het vlees was verrukkelijk, de patatas ook en het dessert maakte het af. Kortom een aanrader.

I went here with my girlfriend, who described this as the most disappointing meal of her life. I'd have got better quality steak at my local pub and have paid a quarter of the price. The steak was cooked unevenly and seasoned poorly. The roasted vegetables were not really roasted. The staff were a bit rude to us after we decided that the tomahawk steak was too expensive for us. They refused to give us any advice on which local wine to try. They also acted very shocked when we told them we wouldn't be ordering desert but didn't bother to ask if we enjoyed the meal. It was obvious we didn't and I could see others there that looked to me like they had a similar experience. I have no idea how they have such a high rating on Google reviews or such a high rating in Gault Millau.
