Habe mich hier mit einigen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet, die ich unbedingt noch zum Fliegenfischen gebraucht hatte. Der Besitzer hat mir noch ein paar Tipps mitgegeben und mir die besten Forellenköder empfohlen. Dank ihm konnte ich endlich meinen Traumfisch fangen! Bin super glücklich darüber, das war ein traumhaftes, unvergessliches Erlebnis!

The place to go !!! LA boutique des pêcheurs à la mouche en Slovénie. Au bord du lac de Bled, des mouches de top niveau, des conseils top niveau, du matériel sélectionné de top niveau... Vous ne repartirez jamais les mains vides et sans bons conseils. Un plaisir de discuter avec le patron-pêcheur !!!

I am from the UK and new to fly fishing. The guy couldn't have been more helpful and friendly - helped load my new reel with line, recommended flies, and places to fish and what works at this time of year in difficult conditions. Spent 45 minutes with me when shop would normally be closed. Would highly recommend. Thank you! David

We went there with my friend to rent a gear for a day. What we got was excelent service, high quality gear that really included everything with a very reasonable price. And that was even not all. Even though the weather conditions were extremely difficult the owner showed us a couple of places to go and with these tips we manage to have a good day at the river.

Friendly Professional small shop with all what you need, also very helpful with telling you the right directions. Shop Owner Matej and his Sister Eva are super kind people so nice to meet them, always smiling and helpful. Guide AL is one of hell of a guide he knows the rivers like nearly no one else here. So far the Best shop I found around bled and Bohinjka Area.

This small flyshop has all the necessities the flyfishing aficionado needs. Even more important, Matej was really helpful im every manner and respect to make the day on the water as successful as possible. That said, in high season in midsummer rivers were running low and warm. Fishing was slow, but the pristine beauty of the rivers made up for this fact. Matej provided the license for the rivers, expert knowledge on pools and good runs, gave me a detailed map and a parking permit and a handful of the best flies for the current season (on all of which I caught fish). These rivers are suffering under the Cormoran, Merganser and more recently the otter (as all rivers in central-europe). In talks with guides and riverkeepers and Matej I got to know passionate flyshishers, who really care about the environment and share common sense approach on long term well balanced river keeping. If you are looking for having the best flyfishing experience in the area around Bled, go to the Fauna Flyshop!
