Nach langer Anfahrt aus Hamburg / Flachland wurden unsere Bremsen im Schwarzwald und Bayern offensichtlich etwas mehr beansprucht. Bei der letzten Abfahrt nach Bovec lösten sich die Bremsbeläge hörbar in Rauch auf. Der dicke Mittelklasse Kombi musste definitiv in eine Werkstatt. Die war schnell gefunden. Der Mechaniker / Chef (?) hatte nach 3 Sekunden seinen Ersatzteilhändler am Telefon und nach 3 weiteren Sekunden und Übermittlung der Fahrzeugdaten kam die Frage wieviel Zeit wir hätten, um sofort Hand anzulegen. Wir vertagten auf den nächsten Tag und da waren nach 1 1/2 Stunden die Bremsbeläge ( auf Grund der elektronischen Spielereien etwas komplexer) gewechselt. Freundlich, schnell und fachgerecht = DANKESCHÖN.

Got a flat tire, we managed to replace it with a spare one, but it was not good for the rest of the journey. We called the Avto VIKC Bovec, Within 5 minutes, a gentleman arrived and checked everything, and helped us replace the tire with a new one. Express and professional help, we highly recommend it! :)

Got flat tyre. Called the man on Saturday evening. In 10 minutes he was at the garage and addressed the problem within next 5 minutes. At the same time another tourist arrived with the need to add oil to his engine. 5 minutes later he left with a bottle and was not charged anything. Both customers happy and can continue their vacation.
