Alles passiert mal zum ersten Mal... wie z.B. bei uns ein Schaden im Urlaub an unserem Wohnmobil. Gut wenn es dann einen schnellen Service gibt der hilft. Noch besser wenn dieser Service nicht nur schnell, sondern auch kompetent und zu fairen Preisen erbracht wird - wie beim Avtoservis Gorenscek. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt - vom Abschleppservice vom Campingplatz bis zum abschließenden Erklärung was gemacht wurde. Vielen Dank! Nachtrag: Leider musste ich meine 5-Strrne-Bewertung auf 2 Sterne reduzieren. Begründung: Am 5.9.2024 hatte ich unser Auto abgeholt und extra gefragt ob es Folgeschäden gäbe. Dieses wurde nachdrücklich verneint. Danach sind wir 20 km zum Camping Klin gefahren und standen dort bis zum 8.9.2024. Auf der Heimfahrt am 8.9.2024 mussten wir wieder den ADAC rufen. Die erste Diagnose: gerissener Kühler. Der Kühlwasserbehälter war komplett leer. Die genauere Diagnose in einer Ford-Werkstatt in Österreich: Beschädigt sind Kühler, Wasserpumpe und Klimakompressor. Die Art des Schadens lässt den Schluss zu, dass es Schäden aufgrund des Erstschadens sind. Bei aller Freundschaft: DAS HÄTTE AUFFALLEN MÜSSEN! Am Kostenfaktor ändert das zwar nichts, die Reparatur hätte im Slowenien gleiches gekostet wie in Österreich. Doch wir haben wieder Stunden damit verbracht auf den ADAC und den Abschlepper (allesamt mega freundlich!) zu warten und mussten dann den gesamten Sonntag vor einer Ford,Werkstatt verbringen, da diese natürlich Sonntags geschlossen hatte. Ich sag mal so... Meine Urlaubszeit hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt 😡

Servis jsme navstivili s poruchou alternatoru-svitici cerveny trojuhelnik v aute. Pan nam do 1.5hod volal ze je auto hotove. Poruchu vymazal ze systemu, prej tam zadna porucha neni, alternator i baterka je ok, vymenil zarovky a pri odjezdu se nam opet trojuhelnik rozsvitil. Po opetovne otazce zda je auto urcite ok rekl ze ano a urcite muzeme s autem jezdit. Bohuzel se auto u nejblizsi jizdy na dalnici porouchalo a bylo nepojizdne, volal se odtah, vysledna vada byla prave alternator. Proto bych tenhle servis opet nenavstivila, nevim zda pan nebyl schopen chybu odhalit nebo se mu nechtelo do opravy poustet, ale nam tim zpusobil nemale komplikace a malem nehodu na dalnici

Our Seat Ibiza had wheel bearing damage on the return journey after the Tolminator Festival and we were stranded at the petrol station in Kobarid. Luckily we had a cover note and the friendly gentleman from the car service picked us up there at around 11am on Sunday. Despite being a public holiday, he looked at the damage immediately and when we were on our extra holiday on the Soca on Monday afternoon, the garage called at 2 pm and told us that the car had been repaired. A totally great service. It didn't even take 30 hours for the car to be repaired even though we were stranded on Sunday and the defective wheel bearing still had to be ordered. So if we should have any unplanned damage on holiday again, we'd prefer Kobarid.

Langs geweest wegens twijfel bij een geluid bij het rechter voorwiel. Gratis een krik mogen lenen om het zelf even te controleren. Fijne medewerkers.

We liked the service - the towing truck was dispatched after an hour of our call for help, they quickly installed our spare tire without much wait, and they ordered reasonably priced replacement tires that were delivered on time 2 working days later. However, unfortunately they did not pay attention. When they said that the spare tire is installed and we could drive off, the gigantic jack they used actually was still under the car and could have caused damage if we hadn't noticed it. After driving maybe 100 km we then started to hear a strange noise and noticed strange vibrations. After locating the noise near the spare tire Avtoservis Gorenscek had installed, we checked the screws on the tire - and found that 4 of the 5 bolts were totally loose!! It would have only been a matter of time until the bolts would have fallen off and we possibly would have lost the tire. Given that such an accident could have been deadly, we also were underwhelmed by the mechanic's reaction when he told him - he merely promised he would "try" to do better when he installs the new tired we had ordered. This attitude really concerns us because it doesn't give the sense that the mechanic is aware of his responsibility in preventing deadly accidents.

Sehr freundliche u prompte Hilfe. Am Freitag Nachmittag für unser Wohnmobil einen Aussenspiegel (den uns ein Klein LKW ruiniert hat) bestellt und bereits am Montag mittag wurde der Spiegel montiert. Das hat unseren Urlaub gerettet. DANKE

Recovered and fixed my mates car after we drove from engalnd to a Punk rock holiday in tolmin, but managed to break down 1hour away from the festival. Not badly priced too considering the situation and the town its in is beautiful

Die Werkstatt hat spontan innerhalb von einer Stunde unser defektes Blinklicht repariert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war problemlos in Englisch möglich. VIELEN DANK!
