Hello, I just have to say that the car service is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Failure on the car which they said was the egr valve and having it repaired at their auto repair shop. And their guarantee of safe and secure driving has not been fulfilled. My car stopped after 30 km of the highway with the same fault that they had previously "repaired". They did not answer the phone. I would not recommend this car service to anyone, a big NO for them.

A super car service! We were driving from Austria to Croatia and got problems with one of the wheels on a highway. OAMTC sent us to their Slovenian partner club, in the evening - no wonder! - nobody took up the phone there, so we had to ask Mr. Google for help. Torex was one of the very few car services that were open in the evening, located very close to the highway. The administrator speaks perfect English and is very friendly. He kindly agreed to have a quick look at the car, even though all the workers were overbooked. It turned out to be nothing dramatic with the car, so we continued our journey. Once again sincerest gratitude from us for the help. Christian and Nataliya. P.S. You‘ve promised to send us the photo and info of that beautiful Oldtimer Mercedes, please do ;)

Kompetent, immer erreichbar, fairer Preis, kennt sich gut mit dem ADAC aus und fährt einen auch mal zum Busterminal, wenn man einen Transfer braucht! Und die Reparatur an den Antriebwellen hält jetzt inzwischen seit über 1500 km. Gerne wieder!

Wahnsinnig hilfreich und supernett! Kurze Überlegung, Camper ab in die Werkstatt, Besuch und Kaffee im "Vogelbeobachtungs-Center" und nach nicht mal 2 Stunden war der undichte Kühler ausgetauscht... Einfach nur DANKE!!! Die Urlaubsrückfahrt verlief dann reibungslos... 👍💯🤗

Wahrlich Retter in der Not. Wir sind auf unserem Weg Richtung nach Hause(Deutschland) liegen geblieben. Während der ADAC Auslandsservice uns von einer Werkstatt in die andrre schleppte und sich anscheinend niemand verantwortlich fühlte waren diese Herrschaften einfach unsere Retter. Sie tauschten unsere Kupplung superschnell aus und waren auch sonst sehr freundlich. Empfehle ich gerne weiter diese Werkstatt.

Sehr freundliche, kompetente und sehr hilfsbereite Autowerkstatt. Unsere Freunde hatten eine Panne und wurden dorthin abgeschleppt. Es war ein größerer Schaden und wir wurden immer zurückgerufen und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Es wurde auch sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen, sodass wir uns gut austauschen konnten!
