Έχουμε οδηγήσει ξανά europcar σε Πορτογαλία και Ελλάδα και είμασταν ικανοποιημένοι. Εδώ είχαμε πρόβλημα με την κάρτα. Έπρεπε λόγω της πολιτικής της εταιρείας να είναι credit ενώ έμας ήταν debit και MasterCard. Ως αποτέλεσμα δεν καταφέραμε να νοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο...

The car was perfect and in good shape. There was nobody at the desk when we tried to bring the car back; after calling two times we still had to wait for 15 minutes..

En principio todo correcto. Quise alquilar un coche básico, para ese mismo día, pero claro, "no había disponibilidad". Al final un Mercedes pequeño con extensión de seguro unos 110€.

Long waiting times to get the car. They sold me an extra insurance where the excess drops to 0 €. At return they found a small damage under the car. I never parked bachwards and I'm sure it wasn't my damage. Nevertheless, they charged me 91.50 € as administration fee. If You rent a car there look closely as hell during pickup. They just want to find something to charge you. Very unprofessional!
