Excellent service had a windscreen fitted by one of their contractors on the Isle of Wight while on holiday but the on board cameras and windscreen sensors wouldn't work afterwards. Contacted Chester branch and they arranged for a genuine manufacturers windscreen, they reset the camera and sensors and all now works perfectly again. Auto Windscreens fell over backwards to help including the Hq. Well done

Absolutely top notch service and communication from Dan and Chris for a windscreen replacement on my Tesla Model 3. I travelled over an hour to get the work done by them when I’d been let down by local ‘reputable’ companies. I’d recommend this branch to anyone! Cheers chaps 🙌🏼

Spot on. They told me 1 hour. I turned up on time, straight in, and had my car back 57 mins later. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Would have liked a coffee machine in the waiting room, but the t.v. made the wait pass much quicker.
