Struttura situata in una via pedonale a pochi passi dal ponte dei draghi, attaccata al centro storico, perfetta per visitare la parte centrale di Lubiana a piedi. Vicino alla struttura sono presenti dei parcheggi a pagamento (pochi minuti a piedi). Di fronte, sull'altra sponda del fiume, si trova un piccolo centro commerciale con supermercato. La zona è piena di bar e ristoranti. La nostra camera era in mansarda (3 piano con scale piccole e ripide), molto piccola ma confortevole e con tutto l'occorrente e con bellissima vista (in foto)

Savršena lokacija za obilazak centra Ljubljane. Idealan smeštaj za par. Apartmani smešteni u unutrašnjem dvorištu, dosta tiho. Dobro grejanje. Jednostavna komunikacija sa vlasnikom. Cena odlična.

Apartments Maria is well located right on the Sava river beside the Center of the city. There is a self service check in and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Our room had a balcony and the bathroom is shared with another two rooms. I can't say that I would call it an apartment since the rooms don't feature a kitchen or private bathroom. Unfortunatly their isn't any free parking included and the parking lot reccomended by the staff ended up costing us 25 euros a day.

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro. Esattamente vicinissimo al Ponte dei Draghi. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus, collegato benissimo anche con il lago di Bled. L'alloggio non dispone di parcheggio gratuito, ma c'è un garage custodito proprio nella strada di fronte che risulta comodissimo anche per caricare/scaricare i bagagli. Check-in molto facile: si accede alla struttura tramite un codice. Noi avevamo le camere 5 e 10. Entrambe con bagno privato ed erano pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. I letti erano comodi. L'unica cosa che ho trovato scomoda sono stati i cuscini. Per il resto tutto bene. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio.

Prima appartement met heerlijke bedden op een toplocatie. Ietwat ouwbollig, douche was niet top, maar verder voldeed het aan alle eisen.

Positive: location and easy checkin. Negative: extra pillows were full of stains + they didn’t have covers. Our bedsheets were full of hair. Also, there’s a light pole right in front of the room, which means the room is bright all night long since the room doesn’t have blackout curtains. Review is specifically for room number 2.

Vreselijke ervaring! Onze koffer stond zonder onze toestemming achter een gesloten deur en we konden er niet bij. De eigenaresse had hier niets over verteld en nam niet op. Hierdoor hebben we extra kosten moeten maken omdat we een extra terugreis een dag later moesten boeken. De eigenaresse had 0 begrip en zag het probleem niet... Verder verouderde kleine kamer, met hele platte kussens. Oude meubeltjes en maar 1 nachtkastje. Haren van anderen in bed. 3 hoge en smalle trappen om er te komen en je moet de badkamer delen. Niet de moeite waard om hier te verblijven.

Den Koffer über die Wendeltreppe ins Dachgeschoss zu schleppen war schon etwas mühsam. Das Zimmer war klein aber schön. Auch die Lage direkt am Fluss und nah zur Altstadt war top. In der ersten Etage gibt es einen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Für Luxusurlauber sicherlich der falsche Ort, wer mit weniger Komfort auskommt wird sich hier aber wohlfühlen

Sehr saubere und zentrale Unterkunft, Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber mit Bad und Aircon. Zugang über Türcode ist unkompliziert, nur Parkplatz ist ein Problem und teuer, kann aber das Guesthouse nix dafür. Restaurant vor der Haustüre ist sehr zu empfehlen
