Wir haben leider miterlebt, wie Slowenien geflutet wurde. Zu der Zeit wollten wir hier nächtigen. Der Vermieter hat uns geschrieben, dass es absolut sicher sei und wir anreisen können. Eine glatte Lüge! Obwohl wir Zweifel hatten, sind wir hingefahren. Ende vom Lied: die Straße war geflutet, überall Feuerwehr etc. Wir kamen gar nicht bis zum Apartment durch! Als wir vor Ort waren und angerufen haben, ging er nicht ran. Wir haben freundlich gebeten uns die Unterkunft zu stornieren (schriftlich, telefonisch ja nicht erreichbar), da es nur eine Nacht war und wir die ganz spontan gebucht hatten. Aber er stellt sich quer, antwortet nicht mehr und ignoriert uns. Wir haben vollstes Verständnis, dass es eine uncoole Situation war. Aber Mieter anreisen zu lassen, obwohl offensichtlich kein Bezug stattfinden kann und auch zu behaupten, dass es sicher ist, obwohl es ein Überschwemmungsgebiet ist, geht gar nicht. Die Tatsache, dass er unser Geld behält, obwohl wir nicht anreisen konnten und er keine Aufwände durch uns hatte hinten an gestellt. Würde es auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen, komplett unmenschlich.

Apartamento ciertamente muy cuco, con una planta baja con baño y una cocina que a la vez hace de comedor, pese a no tener sofá; sin aire acondicionado; esta planta da a una terracita privada que está integrada en un bonito patio repleto de flores y plantas, muy agradable. En la planta de arriba, a la que se accede por una estrecha escalera de caracol, teníamos las 4 camas y un ventilador (no aire acondicionado). La estrechez de la escalera no permite subir la maleta prácticamente, pero nosotros tan solo estuvimos una noche y las dejamos en la planta baja, no siendo un problema especial. El peor aspecto, con diferencia, era la deficiencia de algunas de las camas, con colchones muy hundidos y somier de láminas al límite de su vida útil. Parking propio. Hay un supermercado Spar a escasos 3 minutos andando.

Aparmán kousek od centra. V apartmánu najdete vše potřebné, včetně komletního a kvalitního vybavení kuchyně. Apartmán byl čistý a majitel příjemný. Vzadu apartmánu je příjemná zahrada. Jedinou výtku mám k přístupu do horního patra apartmánu A. Přístup do patra je po příkrém točitém schodišti. Taktéž výjez a příjezd na parkoviště ve dvoře je ne zrovna příjemné s ohledem na rušnou cestu před vjezdem. Apartmán doporučuji.

We really enjoyed everything in this apartment. The styling and small details makes It unique and classy and at the same time warm and comfortable. You can relax in the garden or sip some tea in the patio. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Parking place inside the property makes it safe. You can visit Kamnik center walking or by bicycle. Velika Planina is very close and some other nice places in the mountains or forests a just a few km away

Booking this apartment was the worst decision ever, one star is still too much. We booked this apartment via booking. The communication with the person (apparently not the owner!) via booking was quick, but it came out it was not the person at the apartment. We checked in at 4:30 pm on a Sunday. An old lady welcomed us, but unfortunately, she didn't speak any English. She just handed over the keys and that was it. We directly had a shower, because we did a hike on that day. After that we wanted to put our stuff into the fridge. And then, the horror began. In the fridge there was lots of mold at the back of the fridge. There was also a dead spider in the fridge. Then we realised that the whole apartment wasn't clean at all. We found so many dirty things so that we decided at 6 pm to check out immediately again. We didn't feel comfortable at all in the apartment. We called the person which we had contact to and said that we will request a refund via booking. He said that they can clean the apartment, but to be honest, this would have taken one entire day and it was already evening. In the end, we didn't get any refund which seems to be a bad joke. For people who only have a small sense of cleanliness' requirements, this apartment will not suit you. Fortunately, we found a very clean apartment nearby which was hosted by a lovely woman who gave us a warm welcome. You just need to search for Apartma Center in Kamnik and you will have a wonderful stay in Kamnik. In addition to the above, if you decide to book this apartment, you should be aware that the apartment is directly located at the main street and there is lots of traffic. Furthermore, the bedroom is on the first floor and it is really hot over there (no air con).

Ottima soluzione dove soggiornare a Kamnik e visitare i dintorni. Rok, il padrone di casa, è una bravissima persone sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli e a scambiare due chiacchiere. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Comodo il parcheggio. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere anche diversi giorni.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zentral in Kamnik. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kleine private Terrasse. Freundliche Besitzerin. Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet wurde, aber nichtmehr so neu ist. Leider liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und daher ist es sehr laut wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern wird es oben im Schlafzimmer jedoch auch sehr warm. Parkplätze sind direkt im geschützen Hof vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr schöner Garten- allerdings ist es ohne Klimaanlage unterm Dach sehr warm und bei offenem Fenster sehr, sehr laut, da die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt.
