It could be a grate place but so much noise inside. Every customer passing by clapping the door inside the building and it makes the noise and vibration of an explosion. If your neighbours will decide to speak a little in the hall you will hear every detail like if they are near you. After reading some reviews I thought the people exaggerated a bit about noise but it's true. If you expecting to pass here more than 1 night without being drunk to death it will be better to choose another hotel. Pros: price, like new inside, no contact check in, clean, well situated. Cons: Too much noise (beating all the pros), no TV, impossible to open the windows because they are just in front of the entry, no climatisation and it's hot here even in September, bed is a bit soft for me and noisy.

Very centrally located, very clean. Didn't like the beds so much. Couldn't open any window in the kitchen, so, noisy ventilation system. But overall very correct, and reasonably priced.

El apartamento estaba limpio y es muy céntrico. Es grande, son dos dormitorios cada uno con dos camas individuales. Está claro que son pisos para estudiantes. La cocina está muy bien, tiene ollas, sartenes, microondas. Y la ducha es una maravilla. Lo recomendaremos.

Mesto je veoma čisto, mirno na oooodličnoj poziciji. Nedostaje WiFi, TV, kafa ili čajevi, parking, bračni krevet.

Prima Apartment, Suber und Moderne. Leider kein Parkplatz, musste ins Parkhaus für 1 Nacht kosten 10€🙈

Posto perfetto! Pulitissimo e nuovo negli arredi, si trova proprio nel centro di Maribor, ma in una strada tranquilla (per cui il riposo è garantito). Il personale è attento e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!
