Dober dan, I would like to give my feedback about an issue I had with your garage. I had an appointment with Avtohisa Juric on December 12th 2019 for yearly service on my Passat B8. I paid 227eur for oil change and filters. No failure was detected. When I came back home, I had an engine alert (orange signal). I had to come again to your garage for a check on December 16th 2019. The mechanic found that a spark plug was out of order and must be changed. This time, I had to pay 49eur for 10 minutes mechanical intervention and a spark plug. I tried to explain to the employees at the desk that this situation is unfair and strange as this alert came immediately after service. By the way, I experienced the same situation when I came on August 19th 2019 for air conditioning service and front LED dipped-beam headlamps setting (=113eur). The mechanic set the right lamp but not the left one. And since this day, the front position lamp remains sometimes off with the right turn signal always on. I am very disappointed as every time I come to your garage, I go back home with a new problem. I am asking myself if you are creating alerts to force your customers to come back to your garage. And I am also questioning myself on the competence of your mechanics... Every time, I have no choice but to pay again. It would be appreciated if your garage could take in charge the spark plug replacement as a gesture of goodwill but the lady at the desk (fakturiral) did not want to hear my explanations. She didn't even salute and thank me for paying again. A smile would be at least a proof of respect for your customer but I am used to with Avto Juric. As a result: you wanted to make business today but you have lost a customer and I will not hesitate to share my experience. Lep pozdrav,
