I had one of the best encounters with staff here and at any store ever! I was looking for my signature scent and the gentleman at this Lush store took the time to explain the notes of all their fragrances and body sprays! He was very knowledgeable of the all the items at the store and it felt like I was talking to a friend :) I ended up with my signature scent and some fragrances for my sister too! Will be back for their Christmas releases!

We all know that the lush is an amazing store, but this guy made the whole experience even better. He was so sweet and helped us so well! He was really passionate about the items they sell and not in a fake “i have to because i work here” way. We can’t remember his name, but if the store manager reads this, give the sweet guy with the grey hair a raise! He’s amazing. Best lush shopping experience ever ❤️🫶🏻
