Rude custumer service and told my mother to carry the massive box on her own. Then we also had to lift it so we could return it. Disgusting. All the dudes are yawning, dont get too tired from doing nothing guys.

Unhelpful staff, to pick up the package it takes 15 minutes… sending you back and forth from desk to desk, waste of time

Until recently surely the best online store. But since they expanded into the business of having also so called "partners" goods, which are not under Mimovrste control (just like BigBang, which is also a flop in customer experience) but are delivered by partners directly (and only delivery is an option, no click and collect) the service has become annoying and most of all, unreliable. At least 1 of 3 orders gets delayed, and for unknown time. And it also happens not so rarely that they find out that an item is not even available anymore, at all, and this happens of course after you already ordered (maybe even paid), so then you can run in peril for a birthday gift etc.... and have to wait for the cancellation and possible money return etc.... All this we really don't remember happening, at all, before this new expansion with the drive to enhance profit. So, warm suggestion to avoid problems, order from Mimovrste directly available items when possible... or expect with a degree of probability that something with the order will go wrong... Oh, and probably there is also some more work, waiting and shipping costs if you will want to return the bought item... Sadly only 3 stars for a company which had all of them just not long ago.

I ordered a power bank off the internet through their easy to use website, and once I was there, it had a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, it was a nice escape from the heat outside. The wait line to get my power bank wasn't that long. It took around 5-10 minutes altogether.

Lot of items. If you buy there costs more. Better to order online and pick it up. They can send it to you at extra cost. If you are lucky you do not have to pay so called handling of the item.
