Friendly security, clear instructions. Had to wait a few minutes for bay to become free. Was given a time I'd be loaded by, and was loaded right on time. Overall, no complaints.

Asked to be allowed to use the toilets to be told they have no facilities on site for visiting drivers. Will be making an official complaint to my employer and to the local authority too.
