"We recently purchased a Kilter-wall from CityWall (firm name CST Climbing Systems and Technology LTD) but faced numerous issues during the process. Firstly, there was a delay in delivery as their chosen transporter took a wrong route, resulting in a three-day delay and eventually dropped off our goods an hour away from our location. Surprisingly, we were charged extra for this extended travel. Additionally, the delivery was incomplete and some items we received were actually intended for another customer. When we reported these mistakes, the company threatened legal action unless we cooperated. After we helped rectify their error by forwarding the misdelivered items, the firm ceased all communication with us, leaving our issues unresolved. Our experience with CityWall was extremely disappointing. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service, especially when problems arose. We strongly advise caution if you're considering doing business with them."
