I really have nothing good to say about the quality of desserts or the customer service. I ordered a cake, for which you need to fill out a questionnare beforehand. The person whom I was writing with responded in a very passive-agressive manner. The prices of the cakes/desserts are astronomical (around 200€ for a basic cake). About the cake itself: almost the whole party, except for one person, was dissapointed, the plates were practically left full. Despite ordering multiple flavours of the cake you couldn't tell them apart, as you could only taste the sugar. The dough was firm and not soft at all, the buttercream was also way too sweet. It's normal that people have different tastes but this was just an utter disappointment. The cake was aesthetically pleasing but that was about it. I do not recommend this place, it is better to spend your money where you can get better food and service for more than half the price.

Torte in ostali cukri zgledajo lepo in dovrseno, vendar okus ni prav nic poseben. Poskusila sem cokoladno bombo (temna cokolada in pomaranca, nora cena za eno porcijo!), torte razlicnih okusov, piskote in lucke. Dajte malo vec delat na okusih - masa zbita, suha sredica. Za tak denar clovek pricakuje vec. Se vedno je nekaterim bolj vazna vsebina kot pa samo izgled. V LJ se najdejo peticne slascicarne z veliko boljsimi okusi slascic.

Skoraj 3 leta oz. od odprtja trgovine na Bledu sem čakala, da poskusim te cukre. Danes sem končno dočakala ta dan in moram reči, da sem zelo razočarana in kar malo žalostna. Poskusila sem krono bueno in Irish fairytale torto. Izgled je bil čudovit, trgovina je lepa, promocija neverjetno dobra, prodajalka zadržana in ne zna svetovati/priporočiti. Žal pa pecivo res ni na nivoju, ki ga pričakuješ pri tej ceni. Obe pecivi sta imeli praktično isti okus, to je okus po sladkorju, vse teksture so bile iste, brez vsakih kontrastov v okusih ali teksturi. Biskvit je bil tudi zelo zbit in gost in tako težek, da obleži na želodcu. Kvaliteta cukrov ne upravičuje res izredno visoke cene. Pri pakiranju cukrov pa bi bilo dobro stranko opozoriti, da je potrebno embalažo doplačati, saj strošek ni zanemarljiv (1,5 eur).

1. Everything in the store is displayed beautifully & the staff was nice. I tried cupcake Bella Italia. 2. I have to note here that the prices are not written in a clear manner, because to be honest I would not buy 1 CUPCAKE (aka donut) for ca. 9.50 €. 3. Lets be clear: yes, for this money I do expect deliciousness and a balanced sweet dish with every bite. But this was truly just sad and disappointing. Lemon cake was sooo dry! Lemon and pistachio filling was only in the middle, making completely disproportioned bites of either only sickening sweetness or overpowering fillings. 4. I feel like the only justification for your price is the "hand made" reason - please use a machine and rather pay attention on basic execution of elements: flavour balancing and moist cake. 5. I understand most people only care how instagramable the food is, but there are still some of us who enjoy the food for the flavour (& then it is no problem to pay more)!

Totalno razočaranje, kupili 2 krofa, 1 muffin in 1x lučko, vse precenjeno. Suho, okus samo po sladkorju, sploh brez ostalih okusov (razen lučka je imela okus po malini). Že v času lock downa smo naročili in nam je bilo suho in vse en okus, kljub nakupu različnih izdelkov... Pa smo si rekli, verjetno zato ker preden prejmemo, prej naredijo... zato izsušenost , pa pojdimo osebno v trgovino, kjer bodo sveži izdelki in sočni, polni različnih okusov, pa žal nič od tega. Za previsoko ceno, dobiš najslabšo kvaliteto, žal..

To da Emazing slaščice obožujejo odrasli je jasno, najina mala sladkosnedka je videla nebesa, ko je poskusile vaše krofke in cakepopsike. Sploh ni želela deliti z nama, tako da sva skoraj ostala brez. The best trgovinica s cukri v sloveniji, na svetu, kjerkoli! Ostanite še naprej tako kvalitetni in vsakega centa vredni.
