Beware of this scam company - upon ordering on Amazon.de they supplied only 7 free capsules in the box instead of 14y The package included 50 free capsules which Nespresso german website does not send to Slovenia, and german orders do not qualify on their Slovenian website. So you are given 0 free capsules and their slovenian hotline is useless and arrogant!

I have been one of the first loyal customers of Nespresso in Ljubljana, actually a fan of the international chain and a regular there. I have always enjoyed the whole store experience whenever visiting a Nespresso Boutique, here or around the world. Everywhere (for example in Madrid, Budapest, Zagreb, Graz, Vienna, Udine...) I have had the same treatment. It has always been a nice and pleasant experience of finding my favorite coffee flavors, a degustation without any obligations for purchasing any of the products in that exact moment and in that particular boutique. You are absolutely allowed to get introduced to new flavors, products and enjoy by the bar like sitting in a cafe, without anyone forcing your purchase decisions. Up until now, it has always been like that in Ljubljana as well. After all, it is an international brand and all the flagship stores should look the same and they should offer the same services. Even if you are a tourist, you know what to expect, a square foot cafe and a retail space where you can explore all the different flavors. Otherwise, without that whole exclusive experience there is no point of buying capsules from the boutique, when you can do it in the supermarket (they are going to be from a different brand, but for a cheaper price) while saving some time and money. And why am I explaining all of this? This Friday afternoon (26.5), my boyfriend went by in in the Nespresso BTC boutique and he wanted to try a flavor, but he got completely humiliated from the staff with statements that he must make a purchase in order to try the coffee, which makes no sense, since degustation is part of their marketing strategy. They have said that you CANNOT DRINK FREE COFFEE, this is not a cafe. Exactly - 'Nespresso doesn’t sell its coffee as normal coffee; it sells it as experience, making a lasting mark in people’s minds.' As a salesperson you do not know the buying habits of your customers. Maybe they buy online, maybe they need to try the flavors in order to purchase 200 packs for their office... I am completely disappointed and in my opinion, if you don't respect the brands values and represent it right, if you do not offer the same shopping experience as all around the world, you do not deserve to have a flagship store.
