Be aware they are not scammers but serious unprofessional. Have bought via Netscroll a Hand Basin and 10 days later i get a message saying good news your items is on its way. Considered that was great. Well one month down later the product never arrived. Mind that we have cut the sink surface to the measures of the sink so we had to receive it no matter what. On the tracking number it was showing that the item has arrived in home country but they couldnt say where it is or whom to contact to discuss about delivery. After pressure they have decided that they wanted 75 euros for air transfer that usually takes 2-3 days yet 10 days later nothing was delivered to me. Contacted Netscroll only to be told that they dont know where is the parcel nor when and if they arrive all they said was that we can give you only the tracking number. Well today 18/11 about 2 months later I have received the item so I return to them the service they offered which was rubbish and place this review so other people can be aware of. Lastly notable is that they have asked me for extra 75 euros to the order to deliver by plane and the courier informed me that the item came by ship!! So well done you have all allocate me stress and extra financial burden but this is your well deserved appreciation now other prospective buyers can see. They have taken an order then when they have messed with the delivery they found excuses such as that they dont deliver t some states etc. Absolutely rubbish service, just consider ordering and then telling you that they can not deliver but to deliver they want extra 75 euros for air transfer and the parcel to arrrive via ship!!
