I have a lot of bicycle and e-bike riding experience. I chose Kekec based on the good reviews, but I was disappointed with the quality of the bike and the level of maintenance. The staff is kind and polite, before the trip they allowed me to change the first, second and third bike, which did not satisfy me, but after I got tired of the changes, I stayed with the fourth one, which also turned out to be in a very bad technical condition during the trip - the brakes were on the verge of failure, the rear hub of the bike was very mobile, the steering wheel did not hold the correct direction and often had to be adjusted, and several other problems that prevented me from enjoying the ride, because as a renter, I was without tools. I drove 100 km. The battery lasted only 30 km in the mountains in eco and touring modes....Three stars for the fact that the guy gave the opportunity to choose the bike himself and after negotiations gave a 10% discount...

Bikes not in top performance, for example front shock not locking, rear wheel hub is shaking etc, needs maintenence. Battery life questionable, would work for 30 km uphill on eco.

Thumbs up for Kekec! Great electric mountainbikes, larger ones for tall people as well. And many, many thanks to Marko from Belgrade. Very, very friendly guy! It was even possible to return my bike after closing time. Super! Highly recommended!

Great bike rental. They went out of their way to get our 7 year old set up with an e-Bike which allowed us to explore the surrounding area as a family.

Located in a quiet street, opposite to a ski lift. Easy parking. Good service. Reliable e-bike. Public toilet nearby.

Two weeks ago the season was already over by normal standards but I messaged them anyway and got bikes for the next morning! Top service :) Tool pack attached to the bike would be handy in case of puncture etc.

A great agency to rent a bike. There I met the most friendly and helpful guy in Kranjska Gora, who gave me a map and showed me all the ways I could explore. News bikes in excellent condition!

Odlično mjesto za rentanje Električnog bicikla. Samo takva bicikla imaju u ponudi, možete iznajmiti na 3 sata, na pola dana i tako dalje. Bicikla su odlična, preporuka da ovdje iznajmljujete ukoliko ne želite da budete umorni nakon duge vožnje. Momci su za 10 šta god fali na biciklu odmah rješavaju problem

Great service and great bikes. Staff was very helpful and engaging with potential route information and with adjusting our bikes for our fit. Wonderful experience and the area is crazy beautiful, a pleasure to see on a bicycle. Highly recommended.

Jure est hyper sympathique et conciliant sur les horaires, et il est venu nous dépanner hyper rapidement quand nous avons eu un souci sur un vélo. Parle anglais couramment et donne plein de conseils, fournit gratuitement casques, antivol et support de téléphone pour le vélo... Et tout ça pour moins cher que les concurrents locaux (en tout cas les deux que nous avons testé avant) ! On recommande+++
