My friends from Malta visited us we and decided to take them for a bike tour all the way up to Bohinj lake and back. The bikes were clean and in a very nice condition. 10/10 would rent again.

Excellent experience renting two giant roam trekking bikes for the Slovenia West Loop! (Early October 2023) Pino answered all my questions leading up to the trip and was very helpful with bike and gear recommendations. The bikes and panniers were in great condition and worked well for our adventure. Would definitely rent again with Nomad 2000!

Great quality bikes - great value. I highly recommend this hire company! We did the Slovenia west loop on the Giant Talon over 6 days and it was perfect. Not one issue with the bikes. Customer service fantastic. Pick up and drop off was very easy. 10/10.

8 of us had a fabulous cycle trip in Slovenia and Croatia in September 23 thanks to Pino and NOMAD2000. The communication beforehand was excellent, no issue to hard as we worked out times/ dates drop off’s and pick up’s. The bikes GIANT were very good quality- well maintained and we had no issues other than several punctures- which was understandably our problem to fix- take lots of spare tubes if you are not great with mending. I cant recommend NOMAD2000 enough and would definitely use them again.

Great bikes and really friendly staff! I rented a trekking bike for a week, and had to organise it quite last minute. Pino was lovely and got me a bike and all the equipment in a few hours. Quality bikes and accessories and affordable. Would definitely recommend!

We rented two bikes there to do the Slovenia West Loop, and everything was just perfect ! The contact with Pino was super nice and easy, the bikes were in perfect state and totally adequate for our trip and we got all the gear we needed (bags, lights, locks...). The route itself was great (mix of gravel, roads, forrests) and allowed us to see a good part of this beautiful country (Ljubljana, Lake Bled, Soča Valley, Adriatic Coast, Caves...). I would most definitely recommend renting bikes here and doing the Slovenia West Loop ! Thanks again Pino 🙏

During the summer of 2023 my family rented bikes and panniers to ride the Parenzana trail from Nomad. Before our arrival, Pino must have patiently answered at least 20 emails I sent with questions. He was even able to acquire a smaller kids mountain bike suitable for my youngest son. When we arrived for the bike pick up, we were all satisfied with the bikes and equipment. At this point we also met Eva who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Nomad. Sometimes you can just tell when a business is staffed with good humans.

We huurden 2 mountainbikes en kregen een digitale route van ongeveer 55km met 300 hoogtemeters. We reden langs fietspaden, rustige wegen en gravelbanen met prachtige vergezichten. De uitdaging van het klimmen kwam met de beloning van een onvergetelijke ervaring en herinneringen. Dankjewel

Great place! I rented an old MTB bike for 5 days to travel around Ljubljana and it was a great choice. The bike was fine and was inexpensive, and importantly - sightseeing the city and it's neighbourhood by bike is worth trying!

Pino and his team were thorough, prompt, and considerate throughout the entire process - from initial quote and additional communication, to accommodating a large group bicycling from Ljubljana to Trieste, to picking up the bicycles from Trieste and transporting them back to Ljubljana - it was a seamless process. Picking up the bicycles from Ljubljana was very easy and convenient. We rented 12 bicycles, 24 pannier bags, and 10 helmets, which were all very durable and met every expectation we had. The Giant Roam bikes held up very well with absolutely no issues along the long route between Ljubljana and Trieste and served as the perfect mode to bicycle around the Slovenian capital. You can tell Pino truly puts care into maintaining his bicycles to a high standard. Before heading on our way after picking up the bicycles, Pino took us through a few pointers to ensure that we had no issues on our journey through Ljubljana and on to Trieste. Overall, I can't recommend Nomad2000 enough if you plan on renting a bicycle for your stay in Ljubljana or journeys to surrounding areas!

My wife and I rented bikes from Pino at Nomad2000 and it was a good experience. We began communicating via email weeks prior to our arrival in Ljubljana and Pino arranged the bikes we needed. I had a great regular Giant bike while my wife got a well-running ebike. They fit us perfectly and were in great condition. He gave us panniers, tool kits and a bike pump and tire repair kits and bike locks as well. We had a great trip and we didn’t once have a flat! I would highly recommend Pino and his crew. Thank you, Pino, for making our Slovian cycling experience so much fun.

The Nomad 2000 bike rental people are great folks, helpful, honest and good communicators. And the Giant bikes we rented were in nearly new shape and affordable. They worked perfectly for our entire 12-day rental. These bikes were good touring bikes and outfitted with a pannier they carried us and our gear up some tough terrain in Slovenia. Thank you to the staff at Nomad!! We hope to come back one day.
