They have done a very thorough and professional job and I am delighted with their service. I completely forgot the young lads name that came to the midland yesterday to sort out our staff toilets I just want to say how amazing he was, he done the job quickly and tidied up after himself even moped the floor the toilets looked amazing after and smelt gorgeous! He even tidied up previous work from previous plumber who didn’t finish the job, thank you so much!

The young man who came out was very friendly and polite. He explained what needed to be done and informed me he would contact Welsh water for them to come and do the work. He then gave me a phone number with a reference in case I had problems before they come out.

I noticed a review on here from a couple of months ago. Their review was spot on so I’m going to pretty much repeat it. We had a really poor experience with another company prior to using Metro Rod. Metro Rod were everything this other company should learn from… 1. They started a friendly rapport straight away, whether on email or telephone. A big thank you to Chris. 2. I was always spoken to in a friendly and helpful manner. As a domestic customer, they made me feel that I was just as important as a commercial customer. 3. Our engineer (Paul) always turned up as planned. He was a massive fountain of knowledge and talked everything through clearly. 100% happy that we binned off this other company and went with Metro Rod. As paying customers we deserve better. Metro Rod have been a brilliant company to work with. Worth the 5 stars!
