Posting review for my sister who had a visit from Paul and Jordon. They arrived super quick and were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to resolve the problems even though 3 previous companies had failed! Super Heroes 😁 highly recommended. Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

Great job by Paul and Peter today. Call out was for a blocked drain to three flats in our apartment block in Deganwy. Sewage overflowing all over the pathway. Fast response to our call and very quick arrival and sorting the problem. They bagged up all of the waste and took it away too. These guys are and absolute credit to Metro Rod. Thanks lads.

Thorough survey and feedback on the state of drains. I happened to be at the property when the survey took place and the guys were extremely thorough and I had real trust that they were doing a professional job. Very happy to walk around and talk me through what they were doing. I am a property developer and would recommend this company. They were recommended to me by my architect.

Excellent service. It was so refreshing to - 1. Have the phone answered straight away when I called. 2. Be spoken to like an intelligent human being. 3. Have the engineer turn up when they said he would. 4. Be spoken to in a friendly manner by the engineer, and have the problem explained clearly to me. 5. Receive all the follow up service that I was promised.

Just had work completed by engineers Simon Roberts and Calvin Jones who were brilliant, arrived early everyday, were very friendly, polite, professional showed great respect for my property and really grafted all week to get the job completed on time, nothing was to much trouble for them, wouldn't hesitate in recommending them both

Chris, whom I spoke to on the phone, was hugely reassuring. I am female which sometimes invites condescension from often male oriented industries. I like having technical details and knowing as much as possible about anything I am involved in and the answers I received were both in depth and not patronising in any way. His knowledge of both the services, equipment and the detailed regulations, politeness, professionalism and entirely no pressure approach was more than we could have hoped for, havig had some poor experiences in the past. Though I had planned to gain further quotes, this call left me entirely satisfied I need look no further. The survey was done on the day agreed and the report and videos were clear, and the results were really helpful (anda pleasant surprise for us, even better!). Even one of the suggested works was advised to be done by others as to have them come would be more costly than asking the farmer, and they may make more mess than was needed due to the machinery-so kind, considerate and not pushy in any way. Thank you again, Chris and Paul (the survey operator), we are very pleased, indeed.

Steve worked SO hard on a run of drains in my garden. Horrible mess. He was totally unfazed by it ! Worked solidly the whole time he was here. As he was getting ready to go, I had another disaster and bless him he made that safe for me…..I can’t praise him enough. Thanks Steve.

We had two other companies to our property to look at a serious drain blockage which had caused a room to flood completely several times during recent stormy weather. One engineer poked around for 10 mins and said it was a two man job - booking us in for 3 days time. The second pair tried a variety of unblocking methods but went away suggesting sandbags. We contacted our insurance company in despair as we expected we would need to dig up/replace floors to get to the issue. They sent Metro Rod out, presumably as a Stage 1 approach, and to be honest we didn't hold out much hope BUT the engineer was an absolute star! Despite access issues (to the house and to the drain) he got stuck in, on his own, and with a lot of hard work managed to locate two 'foreign bodies' (plastic drain pipe pieces) plus a lot of silt which was about 2 metres into the drain network. We are now flood free! We can't thank Metro Rod & the tenacious engineer enough for sticking with the job and delivering an amazing service. I would recommend Metro Rod with no hesitation.

My wife contacted Metrorod yesterday (Sunday) and spoke to Chris. He was very helpful and the problem was sorted with our local Welsh water. Just wanted to thank Chris for his help would highly recommend. Will use again if needed. Kind regards. Steve
