We were extremely lucky to have found Prebil and fortunate that Ales responded to our emails, and was happy to help, where countless others could not (or did not want to) assist. We travelled through the Balkans from Greece to Slovenia in our motorhome, unable to find anyone to assist with our broken space heating and water heating systems. Ales @ Prebil diagnosed the faults as soon as we arrived, with them proving to be beyond economical repair, the very next day installing new water heater and Webasto space heating systems on time and in budget. We cannot speak highly enough of Ales, Marco and the rest of the team at Prebil. Not only are we very happy with the systems installed, coupled with the workmanship in the installation, their manner and work ethic was fantastic, including the care taken to protect our camper during the works. We would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend their services.
