The main expert Esad is a genius and a true artist when it comes to all manners of repairs; from phones to desktop computers to laptops (of all brands), hardware and software issues. He recently fixed my laptop fan after all other official HP repair shops in the country told me that it cannot be done and that the whole part needs to be ordered and replaced (which would take several weeks of waiting). He took the thing apart in minutes, found the cause of the problem and then fixed it. And this is only one of my experiences as I relied on his services time and time again in the past years. Best Apple service I could wish for! Coming back from Egypt, my phone had water damage. Anita received me politely, and Esad managed to repair it, he really worked his magic because when I got my phone back it was as if it was new. I even got a replacement for those two days I was without. If I could, this would be rated 6 stars. This is definitely my go to Apple repair from now on. Thanks!
