I had data to save from an external drive. After the inspection, they honestly said what was wrong with the disc and that most of the disc's components were OK. The price was high, but appropriate for this service. I am satisfied with the service considering that they did not, for example, invent errors and inflate the price even more.

Very friendly and above all professional and experienced staff. I brought a 10 year old onboard hard drive in the hope that at least some data could be salvaged after the drive completely stopped working. After diagnostics, the disc was marked as very very damaged. Nevertheless, they managed to save 499GB of 500GB of data (so a loss of only 0.2%!). At every step in the rescue process, I was kept informed about the situation and the next steps. I highly recommend them.
