I would give them 0 stars if I could. Last year I was there to refill my air condition system, they chose the wrong quantity, filled too little and sent me away with the AC not working. This year I decided to give them another chance, this time for a wheel alignment. The result? Even worse. After I changed the complete suspension, I went there for alignment. They didn't have a machine for a car with 20 inch wheels but they proceeded to do it. I paid more than it says on their ads and webpage, because it required more work they said. However, as I went for a test drive, I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight and later I saw that the rear wheels were bent to the inside. I tried to tell them that I cannot accept the car in that state. So, they started telling me that they are working on expensive cars and so on and so on, my car is 20 years old and some bolts can be seized and they are hard to break free. The conclusion was that they DIDN'T EVEN TOUCHED THE REAR AXLE and tried to scam me by paying the full price. After waiting for more than an hour (again) and making me be late for work, they returned the car to me in the exact same state. After countless excusses I gave up and went away. DON'T GO THERE EVEN FOR A LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT! Ruined my car, ruined my day and didn't even say sorry. What a dissaster of a place.

They couldn’t fix the issue I had within the deadline I had - because they would have to order the part. Luckily it was not a critical issue and they advised me to drive home and have it done then. But they deserve 5/5 stars for the service. We barely got out of the car and was greeted with smiles and polite service… such a different experience from any of the other places we tried.
