I paid 250€ for DPF cleaning and I I got the car back with the same warning light as when I left it there and they told me I just have to drive around for a while. This was terrible advice and after two weeks I came back to them and they told me that there is nothing more that they can do and I should go to the official Toyota service center. There they told me they still have to run a DPF regeneration and they could not tell me whether the filter is actually clean or not. Another 150€ to them and I got 7 months of driving before the DPF was completely blocked again. It was only then that I found out that car manufacturers don't consider the DPF as something that can be cleaned outside of normal operation. If your DPF is causing you problems it's a symptom of a different problem with your engine and until you solve that, the filter will keep getting clogged.

Že drugič čakam 1h, odkar sem imel termin za prevzem avta v avtopralnici. Še malo, pa bi ga v izgubljenem času opral sam. Dobro bi bilo, da javljate strankam, v kolikor pride do zamud. Se zgodi in ne bi bil slabe volje, če bi javili prej. Si pač organiziraš čas drugače... tako pa 1h zreš v avtopralnico...

The people there took care of my blown tire pretty quickly and cheaply. Although some of their staff might have a little bit of an attitude. Also noone called me when the job was done, I had to make the call myself to pickup the car, and maybe lost a day in that regard, but the total waiting time was 2 days.
