Disgusted with Iceland, long story short. Delivery driver left a carrier bag containing 2 x 2 litres milk on my worktop, the weight of the bottles pulled the carrier bag off the worktop onto the floor causing 1 of the bottles to split open and cover the floor and carpet area. Iceland's response "Tough" it was ok when the driver left. I couldn't stop the bag from falling as I am on crutches, all I do was watch in dismay as the milk went every where, under the fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Thanks **** customer service.

I have no idea if Customer Service will pass this one.. As ironically they were useless. And put me in a irritated mood.... I would personally like to compend Susan(The food WAREHOUSE - Kettering - Belgate park) for all her hard work she does at this store. It is so rare to find a customer service worker who genuinely wants to help. She is always professional, keeps her customers needs and wishes at the forefront of her role, helpful and polite. You need to employ more people like Susan.. Or inform some of your team to be more like Susan!

Tried several times to access the website with no luck...Stating "Forbidden" many emails sent but still no access to the website even though they have stated that they know of the problem. This companies customer service and their tech section needs a complete overall.

Tony at your Bexhill-on-Sea store(Devonshire Road)is exceptional. ALWAYS cheery,helpful,knowledgeable and smart...Mr.Walker should be proud of him and the store..the staff work very hard but Tony is the star..charm personified.
