Not too happy with iceland momentarily. First you place loads of baskets in front of freezers so we disabled cant get at them easily, then, when we get to one, say the vegetarian freezer and thats only half full with vegetarian items because rest is cluttered up with vegetables, vegetables should be kept separate and we need more vegetarian options in the vegetarian freezer, plus you place all your own brand vegetarian options in so many different freezers , that not just make it hard for me as and when im not in a mobility scooter to get to everything anyway, i just did a shop yesterday and found your own brand veggie stuff in at least 6-8 freezers, which is disgusting to find these days, and you think you understand how horrid that is to us veggies, WHY NOT HAVE TWO VEGETARIAN FREEZERS, ONE FOR YOUR OWN BRAND AND ANOTHER FOR OTHER VEGETARIAN BRANDS, WHICH YOU SO UNFAIRLY CHANGE NOT JUST WHEN NOT NEEDED BUT FAR TOO MUCH TOO. AND THATS ON TOP OF ALWAYS MOVING THINGS AROUND SO MUCH YOU DO, THAT DOESN'T WORK LIKE YOU WANT TO BELIEVE IT DOES NOWADAYS, NOT LIKE IT MAY HAVE 30YRS AGO. NO YOURE JUST NOT BEING CONSIDERATE TO US VEGGIES AND ESPECIALLY US DISABLED, WHICH IS ACTUALLY DISCRIMINATION NOW YOU KNOW, SINCE 2007. SO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND OPEN UP ENLARGED STORES THAN THOSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE MORE SPACE AND THINK ON ABOUT VEGETARIAN FOOD FREEZERS TOO AS THATS JUST SO RIDICULOUS THAT IT OUGHT TO BE MADE TO BE DISCRIMINATION TOO IN MANY OF OUR OPINIONS

Iceland food charity is being ripped off by my neighbours ,reported to store at gallories and they don't care .HEADQUARTERS NEED TO LOOK AT IT, police and council and trading standards all aware. One of the collections persons has never ordered a food delivery for over 6 months. Even police said what sort of people rob a charity..guess maybe Iceland don't care less and can afford to be robbed blind as after a short period my neighbour is at it again, police are aware as he's now t xl bully as protection.

Customer service is useless they are in India cannot understand what they are saying . I have bonus card I topped up to £100 so I could receive the £15 Xmas bonus have still not received I contacted customer service after 40 mins wait said will be sorted after giving all my details , But still not sorted WHAT DO I DO NOW.

Been trying to get a refund on an Iceland product online home delivery, might as well deal with our garden wall, you just go round in circles being asked for same information over and over, came to the conclusion it was remit and tactic to avoid the refund.

The customer service at Iceland Foods is disgraceful and they are totally incompetent. 6 weeks and still not resolved an issue that should and could be resolved in minutes. They take your money on the bonus card but cannot resolve an issue to rectify a problem to allow you to spend on the same card you have loaded £100 on to save for Christmas. 17th October card loaded with the money on receipt to prove it, but they they de active the card so you cannot access your own money and customer service constantly lie to you to get you off the telephone and have no interest at all in resolving the problem. Absolute shocking customer service, even admitted they take no notice of there own store managers when they send in an email on your behalf to try and resolve the issue. Do not recommend anyone loads money on a bonus card, you may never be able to get your own money back, hope the CEO of Iceland reads this post.

I am Absolutely fuming with your Iceland warehouse in Weston super mare. For customer relations at that store I would give a nill. Last Friday I took a big bag of cat food back to the value of £27 . I rang beforehand and was told that I could have cashback on the cat food if I went in that day . So I went in and was told a in-store that I would have to wait 2-3 Days for the money in my account. I rang again last night and was told that if I went into the warehouse I could have the shopping to the amount of £27 I rang just now and was told that I couldn't do that I had to wait for them to verify and they would get back to me . To put it bluntly I am absolutely fuming I ishave been with your company for years and I get treated like that. It's absolutely disgusting customer relations. I'm not sure if you know this or not but people are living from day to day . No one has much money to spare let alone wait this long for a refund

Delivery for Thursday afternoon not Don only non frozen delivered on Friday evening had to send back as rest of order couldn’t be found have to wait for Saturday delivery then after 2 hours waiting ring up shop to be told they wanted to give me time to get up and only delivery time available is 12 /2 pm 13.20pm still waiting this is disgusting service from one of the top company’s then I think they need to look hard at the service they are supposed to be giving me

My fiance had done an order online and paid for the same day delivery for Iceland yesterday 7-9pm but refused to bring the order i phoned this morning they said its the customer care team fault as they should have told everyone its actually Iceland who's at fault there the ones who deliver not customer care u can just take peoples money and bot bring them their order absolutely outraged about this and a disgusting speaking manager who doesn't care on helping!!!!!

Been trying for over a month to get my New Bonus card set up due to my old card being used by someone and using saving's. Spend at least 40mins on hold phone and get nowhere .As for E-Mail not any better have went though all GDPR and still noting ,good to know GDPR allows someone to use your card. Keep up Good work iceland.

MUMS..... DON'T GO TO ICELAND. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE An Iceland van drove into my parked car in Birkenhead on 13/8/23. It failed to stop. It did considerable damage. I have contacted Iceland many times and have been consistently fobbed off. I was even instructed to call their van hire contractor!! The audacity! It is now 23/8 The stress this has caused to myself & my autistic son is massive. He can't do buses etc, and we rely on the car. As much as l like shopping at my local store in Eastwood, Notts.(l even worked for them) l must say that the mix and match pricing is a bit of a problem,especially for the older folk.Whilst the offers are brill, trying to keep check on whether you've matched up the right 2 for this amount or 3 for that amount can be quite an ordeal.Its already hard to keep an eye on any small print offers, without the extra problem of mix and match.🙂
