As a regular and so far very satisfied costumer, I have to report an unpleasant drive yesterday. As soon as we tried to fasten the seat belts on the rear seats left and right, we recognized that it was not possible. Both seat belts were partly thorn and focally melted - useless with one word! And the driver didn’t even blinked with his eye on our complains! And it was unpleasant drive, because we didn’t feel safe! The cab has the plate MB PLUS16.

Really really good service! Firstly, I forgot my phone in one of the cabs on the way to Graz. 3 days later, they directly returned it to my home adress in Graz city centre by taxi for free (one driver was on the way from vienna to Maribor and stopped by) Secondly, our cab driver, where I lost my phone, was really cool! This is what I call a service! Tip well deserved. Best wishes.

Had to call because my husband was stuck at Maribor Tezno train station after a dentist appointment and we are from Austria, so he didn't know who to call and couldn't talk properly. I found this taxi company on Google, called the international phone number and the lady on the other side was able to help me in English very well. Taxi came exactly at the promised time and the driver was very fast, so my husband managed to catch the last train at Spielfeld. Great service, will definitely call again next time!
