Prosciutteria lungo il fiume nel centro città. Piccolissimo locale interno con appena 4-5 tavoli ma tanto posti fuori durante la bella stagione. È un piacere star fuori a cenare lungo il fiume nella graziosa Ljubjana e alla Prosciutteria trovi ottimi drink e anche cibo per una cena alternativa. Io ho provato il piatto dei prosciutti e formaggi e la qualità non ha disatteso le mie aspettative. Ottima anche la birra e i drink. Personale veloce e giovane. Sicuramente un posto dove tornerò per una apericena!

Das selbstgemischte Radler schmeckt sehr außergewöhnlich lecker. In der Art noch nie zuvor getrunken, hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch die Qualität der Nahrungsmittel und Produkte ist sehr gut. Service war freundlich und schnell. Würden definitiv nochmal hier herkommen. Die gemische Platte war ein Traum!

Ma récente visite au restaurant Ala Pršuterija a été une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par une serveuse souriante qui a immédiatement créé une atmosphère conviviale. La gentillesse de la serveuse a contribué à mettre tout le monde à l'aise. La véritable star de la soirée était la nourriture. Chaque plat que nous avons commandé était une explosion de saveurs exquises. La qualité des ingrédients et la présentation soignée ont montré que la cuisine de ce restaurant est vraiment exceptionnelle. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les saveurs uniques des plats qui ont réellement éveillé mes papilles. Et parlons des cocktails ! Ils étaient tout simplement parfaits. Chacun d'eux était préparé avec une précision méticuleuse, offrant un mélange équilibré de saveurs qui a parfaitement complété notre repas. En résumé, Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de cuisine raffinée.

A great find in Ljubljana! We tried various wines - all were lovely. They have a variety of boards (meats, cheeses and more) to suit all palettes and budgets. Food is excellently presented and served with warm fresh bread. The experience is topped off with the excellent staff, despite being busy - service does not drop. Definitely visit here when in Ljubljana

Nel mio unico giorno a Lubiana ho deciso di pranzare in questo piccolo locale, ottima la qualita` dei prodotti offerti (nulla di scontato e banale) ottimo il servizio, ambiente tranquillo e piacevole, musica in sottofondo gradevole e non invadente.
