CAUTION - UNIOR DO NOT HONOUR WARRANTY Despite numerous correspondence with the UNIOR team and their UK distributor Zyrofisher they have both failed to deal with a genuine warranty claim. Unprofessionally they have not replied to emails and simply passed the responsibility to honour a defective tool warranty between one and other. A very poor experience and I will not purchase bike tools again from UNIOR as I have lost trust in their integrity as a tool company. POZOR - UNIOR NE UPOŠTEVA GARANCIJE Kljub številnim dopisovanjem z ekipo UNIOR in njihovim britanskim distributerjem Zyrofisherjem nista uspela obravnavati resničnega garancijskega zahtevka. Neprofesionalno niso odgovorili na e-pošto in so preprosto prenesli odgovornost za upoštevanje garancije za okvarjeno orodje med enega in drugega. Zelo slaba izkušnja in kolesarskega orodja ne bom več kupoval pri UNIOR-ju, ker sem izgubil zaupanje v njihovo integriteto kot orodjarskega podjetja.
