Unresponsiveness of the bodywork department of the service. They promise to call back, but after a week I'm still waiting for a call. Meanwhile, the vehicle, which is still under warranty, has already been repaired by another service provider.

So you need to improve your relationship with potential buyers by paying more attention to them and getting more information about what they expect from the car they are interested in and what needs or habits they have in this regard.
