Recently had my Sprinter van in for Service and MOT repairs, Lucy and Olivia on reception were extremely helpful and friendly when booking me in and sorting my loan vehicle out. I spoke with Natasha the GM who was very informative about how the work would progress and even put my mind at ease for some additional things I had concerns about for my van. Marc Bennet the technician who worked on my van should be regarded as an expert in his field. He kept me up to date with the service and even found a few defects that he managed to rectify the same day minimising how long I was off the road for. Excellent service all round from the whole team. Thanks again eStar!

Collected a vehicle from there, workshop kept us updated on progress, reception staff even offered to leave keys in the workshop incase I was after 6pm getting their.

I wish I had read the reviews about the Service dept before I got involved with eStar Deeside. I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. As a result of my experience I have cancelled my interest in a part ex deal on a new L3 H2 Sprinter at this site. Its a shame as Andy in Sales seemed very good. I am very happy to discuss my experiences further . There was apparently no management on site on Thurs 7th April. However you will have to call me. I will not be taking the time to email you. ( new key, MOT and Fob battery on the above date). If you want to find out what Main dealerships were like in the "olden days" ......go to eStar Deeside .
